Avoid. I bought a washer dryer from here and they came to install it and couldn’t because the door was too small with moldings on. The guys decide to leave the washer dryer in my living room instead of help me remove the molding. They said they would call me back and come later in the day to move them upstairs. What a surprise they never called and when I called the store, they said they were ignoring their pages. I’ve now had a washer dryer in my living room for two days. Christmas Eve is tomorrow and I have family coming and having these in my living room is obscene!!! What poor workmanship!!! I’m disgusted. Don’t buy anything from here. Shame on me bc I just ordered a door from here too that took three months to install bc the installer guy was another guy MIA!!! AHHHH!!!

I have never been so disappointed in a Loews. Staff in the appliance on Sunday 11⁄1 around 3pm were more focused on why they were going to do when they got out of work than their customers. What I found even more disturbing was a stainless fridge that was a return /repaired that when u opened it was dirty with mold and stunk of rotten food. A stove with a scratch on the glass top that the oven was dirty you could see the crust on the floor of the oven. Don’t waste your time going it’s not worth it

This place is the worst. I want to use Lowe’s because I just have an aversion to Home Depot. Customer service is just abysmal in this store. Good luck finding anyone who is nice or doesn’t have an attitude. Here’s a conversation I heard while in the checkout line. «He is so lazy.» «Ya think?» «He’s got me doing most of his work.» I think the employees at this store just hate each other. The person helping us with the tile. «Did you pay for that yet.» «No but I’m going to.» «Our saw might not cut that.» «Your saw will cut it.» Ya know. This person was just a bitch. We were in there last week and I got attitude from another one. «Can you tell me where the air conditioners are?» «Right over there in front of you.» As I walked away I was shaking my head going, Meh meh meh right in front of you, mocking the guy and when I looked back he was looking at me laughing. I wonder if Lowe’s has a «nice» school they send their employees to. If they don’t, they should. In the 5 or so times I’ve been here and needed any help, all of them bordered on being rude. There was one exception. Don’t blame me because you’re an uneducated moron working at Lowe’s. No offense.

One of the worst experiences ever. I walked in and asked someone for help finding pressure washers, and the guy told me there’s «some over there and over there» and them walked away. I found them and 410 bucks later I asked the girl at the register if there was someone who could help me load it into the truck, and she said that someone would be right out. 15 minutes later I got a customer to help me… I think I’ll stick with sears!

I don’t go to Lowe’s expecting to find all the answers, but the few times I do have questions about where to find an item, the sales associates are pretty knowledgeable. For the most part, that is all I want when at Lowe’s. I have found that lingering longer than a minute in any of the departments where Lowe’s offers custom work or installation services(cabinetry, window blinds, etc) makes you a prime target for some worthless sales pitch about«options» and«pricing». More than once, I’ve had to do some heavy maneuvering to extricate myself from an over-eager sales associate. And yes, occasionally I’ll re-route my way around the store to avoid a particularly garrulous employee. Regardless, the store is clean and well-stocked. They frequently have various items on clearance which makes in-store shopping more preferable than online shopping.(Can’t believe I just said that.) Carts and parking are easy to find. The garden center is a bit sparse in the warmer months, but I don’t do the majority of my shopping for lawn needs here. I’ve never waited at the checkout lines and even the self-checkout machines have relatively few problems. Even if I didn’t have an old house to renovate, I’d still be a return shopper.

I hate Lowes as much as I hate Home Depot. I hate how large the store is, because you can never find anything you need. I hate how useless the employees are because they can never find anything. Today I went to pick up a special order. They couldn’t find it, even though they had called to confirm the pick up earlier in the day. Finally they listened and we got the order, barely, but we got it. The customer service desk always has a ridiculous line of stupid people asking stupid questions. The stupid CS desk person was checking people out rather than directing them to the actual cash registers. The only thing I enjoyed was reading the signs in russian(!? You got me!), oh and leaving the store.
