My boyfriend and I are going through a rough time and occasionally have to sleep there due to us being homeless. We were never told we weren’t allowed to sleep there at night(there was even five other people who told us we could, one being an employee). Today, 7÷25÷15, we were rudely woken up by who we are assuming a manager or a shift leader(she has glasses, skinny, very old). To wake up homeless people is one thing, but she took it to the next level by assaulting us and saying, «Wake the fuck up, I got a business to run.» We love how she was saying that when the front dining area was trashed from the night before. I sincerely hope that this place goes under! The other employees are great; polite, funny, social, etc. It is just the management that are jerks to people like my boyfriend and myself.(They are also infested with flies which is a health hazard when around food).

I ordered a sweet tea, coffee and two cookies. They asked for me to pull up and wait as the cookies would be done in about 45 seconds. I have been waiting for at least 10 minutes and have not received them. I understand it is a Friday afternoon but this isn’t right. Besides that I was pleased.

Access… if you like corn mazes this is wonderful… otherwise forget it! There is no CLEAROREASYWAYTODRIVEINORDRIVEOUT! The«value menu» has been changed. McDoubles are now $ 1.50. I tried the $ 1.00 cheeseburger and the only taste was bread.

Slow service both inside and drive thru. More often than not they messed up my order or gave me someone else’s order. Cashiers are not very friendly, the new design is nice but that’s about it. 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru is ridicules

New location, slightly back from it’s previous location on Route 1. With the new location, they have a redesigned drive through. There is one way in from Route 1 and the back end of the restaurant. The problem with the entry is that they are limiting traffic flow. The design and layout is horrible. If you enter from Route 1 and come in to the drive thru and then want to head south on Route 1, you have to drive around the restaurant a second time and go out from the rear. The quality of food hasn’t changed since changing locations, only the menu selections. The speed of service hasn’t changed, quite slow at the drive thru and on days where there is high volume, expect to wait in the drive thru for a very long time even with the new double entry at the order window. Breakfast is now offered all day but they typically don’t have all the food all day.

For the Record: As of December, 2013, this McDonalds was recently renovated. COMPLETELY renovated. Now, the McD’s in Seabrook is beautifully modern. The interior is clean and comfortable. The service is good, and food typical of any McD’s. It’s obvious that the complaints below we’re typical, because corporate recognized the need to remodel and took action.

Typical McDonald’s location on route 1 in Seabrooke. The angus hamburgers are a nice mid-range option for a quick bite and McDonald’s fries are the best of the three major chains.
