This the the second time that this place has messed up. The first time they gave my son’s Pizza to somebody else so I had to wait for them to remake one then this time I had to wait on my cheese sticks everything was supposed to be ready by 7:25 and it wasn’t until 8 o’clock that I got everything. They say everything’s ready in 15 minutes but it was over half an hour. They really need to up their game.

Literally the shittiest service I’ve ever dealt with. I had credit for a pizza because I paid for two pizzas and I only had gotten one and the first time I called back to get credit the manager was so mad about it and frustrated but she «put credit on my account». Now that I go back to order a pizza the one that I had credit (actually the one I paid for) for the manager says I don’t even have an account existing there and that I’ve never ordered from them ever there’s no record that shows it. So he continued to argue with me and raise his voice with me and I said «over ten dollars really» I said I will never order from them again!!!
IM NOT UPSET ABOUT THE PIZZA, it’s the SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time because the quality was not up to par. So we were tired of prepping for the tropical storm, and decided on pizza… pizza hut was running a special. Got 2 medium with whatever toppings we wanted! The pizza was the best I have ever gotten from a Pizza Hut! Every thing was fresh and hot, extra cheese was really extra cheese. With the special price, the 2 mediums cost the same as just one of them would have been. I read other reviews, and I agree about the other more expensive pizza places messing up our order regularly. I hope they run this special for more often. I really feel like we got our money’s worth for a change.

The wings are pretty dang good. Ordered bone-​in naked they were crispy and delicious, honey Sriracha sauce is a sweet and spicy goodness. Waffle fries are just okay. Try ordering wings naked with the sauce on the side if you like crispy wings.

The delivery drivers always seem so friendly at this location. Not only that, but they deliver the food when it’s fresh, unlike some other places in the area… who deliver at a turtle-​like pace!

Ordered an hour and a half before closing. Was told our pizza would arrive about 10 mins before closing. Decided to give the delivery guy a little time as he was only 10 mins late. Then after 20 mins decided to call and the store was closed. Two hours later no pizza. NO call and my card was charged. TERRIBLE customer service.

No matter what time, no matter size of order, no matter the weather… this place always delivers the best made pizzas by the friendliest staff! The more expensive pizza places around have disappointed us time and time again and this Pizza Hut has been consistently right on! We will continue to order from them!
