Just merged or something with Sprint. SEVEN employees on, just me in the store. Wouldn’t return an item I’d purchased at another sprint location even though I was assured at the previous location that it would be no problem. I asked them to call a supervisor or manager and he went out back for a while, likely didn’t call, absolutely didn’t help, REALLY didn’t give a crap about me or my business. My suggestion is to avoid this place like the plague.

The store once had a large selection of hand tools; they don’t have much anymore which is too bad. It was nice to come here to purchase or replace hand tools (e.g. Craftsman wrenches, plyer’s, sockets). Now, the majority of what they carry is major home appliances, consumer electronics, lawn and garden equipment, mattresses, and some other stuff, but no hand tools. You can take your warranty items here for service though. But they do not repair onsite. Instead, I believe the items are sent to the Saugus, Mass store where the repair is actually done.
The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I am giving this rating is because of the lack of what I typically need from Sears is not in this store. So now I must drive either to Newington, NH or to Saugus, MA to get what I need, or simply order online.
