very rude staff.
i called because i am driving about 40 minutes away & i asked for a specific product & price. the guy who answered the phone rudely told me he wont give me a price because i could be a competitor (as if its so hard for a «competitor» to just go in the shop & see the prices eye to eye) …regardless, i explained to him that i am not, i am a customer & dont want to make the drive if its out of price point… and again, was still very rude.
i called again to explain that as a fellow business owner (i own a clothing shop for almost 8 years now) its unkind & unprofessional to speak to a client how he did. he was also rude & gave me a completely different reason he couldnt provide a price & raised his voice & cut me off while i was trying to explain to him its unprofessional to treat people that way.
needless to say, id rather pay double at this point ANYWHERE else then support such unkind, unprofessional, rude salespeople. if i was the owner i would be mortified. if that WAS the owner, he should be ashamed & take a class in customer service.
i will take my money elsewhere & i wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to be treated like crap.

I have always chosen Up In Smoke over Smoke Ring, personal preference. I have always had good customer service and they have a lot of different merchandise… The ONE thing that bothers me is that they do not have their hours listed ANYWHERE… LIST YOUR HOURS PLEASE!!!

Head shop, and not a very good one at that. Selection was pretty bland, nothing unique or interesting, just a bunch of glass pipes and cases filled with unrelated crap (reproduction swords, bb guns, etc).
The shop is plastered in big signs that say «you break it, you buy it,» «do not touch,» «do not discuss illegal activity,» etc, etc. I can understand the sentiment behind the signs, but the signage seems a little excessive — this is a head shop, after all, not a military compound.
And I was in the store for about 15 minutes, and the clerk spent the entire 15 minutes gossiping with one of the strippers who works next door.

I used to live down the street from this place. Good times lol Not too pricy and lots of nice glass options. The «adult» shop next door is pretty funny as well. The used to carry «Dick Tarts» which were penis shaped mints and naughty shaped chocolate lolly pops.

I bought a great holiday gift *for tobacco use only** yeah right, from this place, Much bigger selection and better prices then sugar daddy’s or anything in Boston. All types of pipes from a lil hand held pipe, to gigantic 1000.00 bongs. Its like a museum to me, and the odd thing is next to it threre is a porno store attached w/​live scantily clad girls walking around. All in all an experience. and definitely a place ill stop in again when in the area.
