I have been here 3 times for breakfast very early in the AM and it is excellent every time. Staff is great and the food is always good. This is the earliest open place up in the area. Would recommend.

This place is terrible. Let’s start with that. I feel like McDonald’s would have been a better choice. Cold building, cold people, cold food. The«omelette» I got could not have been further from fresh. The«hash brown» if it could be called that was a solid brick on my plate. The lobster Benedict? Ha! It’s a joke. Shell all over it. hollandaise sauce? Probably not real. If I could do 0 stars I would. I’ve had better food in dive bars. Most patrons looked to be 60+ years old felt like a retirement home field trip. Never going back. Ever. They have a liquor license so people can get drunk and enjoy the terrible food. Coffee. How do you screw up coffee? Ask Linda, Cuz she nailed it. Cold AND burnt. Wow. Don’t go here. Like ever. Gross.

I always liked Lindas but unfortunately avoid it because everyone else does too. There is almost guaranteed at least a short wait to be seated. Considering the amount of volume they normally have the service is surprisingly very good. The wait on the food can sometimes feel like forever but it’s understandable. The only real complaint is the noise. Sometimes I feel like I’m packed in a colloseum, not the place to eat after a heavy night of drinking. Really delicious food and friendly staff. Very family friendly and consistent.

Good little breakfast place right off Route One on the Seabrook/Hampton Falls line. It’s all too easy to miss, but worth your while to stop by. Prices are great. In fact, I don’t know anywhere else that you can get a complete breakfast meal with decent size portions for under $ 10. Seating readily available and generally fast and personable service. The place is kept up with very well, too. Is it five star food? Definitely not. It is good food for your dollar though? Without a doubt. One of the only breakfast places on the New Hampshire Seacoast where you can get the best value for your breakfast.

Linda’s Rocks NH can be a tough place to find a good meal — thank God I discovered this place years ago. I agree with everyone on here: the food is fresh, portions great, service is friendly, coffee is hot, relaxed atmosphere. I’ve been there when it has been super packed and more mellow times — both awesome. It’s kind of random interior design wise — but who cares, you don’t go here to be some uppity but-head, you go here to eat and be an American. Go to some overpriced ‘desperate to have character’ aggressively average place in Portsmouth instead and leave us some seats at Linda’s.

Linda’s Breakfast Place is a must do any time I’m visiting my brother in Seabrook, or just passing through on my way to Portsmouth, Kittery, and beyond. The menu is extensive, varied, and has several daily breakfast specials offered. On today’s visit I had the lobster Benedict, and my son had his always favorite breakfast; sausage gravy on bisquits with eggs on the side. My eggs Benedict featured a generous portion of large chunks of lobster meat, and the eggs were cooked with slightly runny yolks. Just the way I like them. I sampled my son’s bisquit and sausage gravy(also one of my favorite breakfast options). It was also very tasteful, and not overly salted. Perfect! The coffee, VERY strong, was exactly the way my son likes his, and was made tolerable for me with extra sugar and creamer, Service was, as always, spot on. As an aside, those complaints about the rest rooms were either completely unfounded, or have been addressed. It was clean as a whistle for me!

My family has been coming here for over 4 years now regularly and have never been disappointed! The service is quick, the food is excellent and the coffee is always hot(and always freshly filled!)! Our favorite are the pancakes… the are HUGE and fluffy! So yummy! Although the atmosphere is a bit outdated don’t judge it on that… Linda’s is excellent and we HIGHLY recommend is too everyone!

Linda’s is our favorite breakfast place in Seabrook! They have very good food, and their alcoholic drinks are the best! The service they have is usually amazing also!

I thought this place was great. I got a Crab Cake Benedict special, and my friend got biscuits and gravy. Both were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. *They had some awesome breakfast cocktails but I was driving so I couldn’t partake

Highlight of meal was the side of homeade corn beef hash(they also offer canned). Hands down the best hash I ever had. Very well seasoned and meat was tender. I had eggs benedict. Nice thick cut slice of ham. Hollandaise was a bit thick. Eggs cooked well. Wife had lump crabmeat omelette — not lump crab meat. She ate only half of it Kids had chocolate chip pancakes. They were happy. Service was very good. Only complaint was how loud it was in there. They need carpeting or something to muffle the sound off of the floors. I dont complain ever about noise but my daughter covered her ears a couple of times. Wait time: 15 minutes for 2 adults and 2 kids Arrival time: 9:45 Saturday in summer

Twenty minutes to have order taken. Another twenty minutes for food to arrive, and it was ice-cold. Food that we ordered never arrived. Twenty minutes to resolve the issue. Staff who didn’t care when we asked for assistance. Owner who did care and tried to make it right. Worst service experience ever.

Wow, reading some of the previous reviews, I was amazed. People rating a breakfast restaurant, based on the restroom? Really? No wonder owners and managers hate Unilocal. It’s like going to a car dealership for repairs and complaining about the crappy coffee and stale donuts. Unbelievable… With that in mind, My wife and I took our two young grandsons out for breakfast this morning. We had eggs, pancakes, waffles, home fries, sausage gravy and biscuits, bacon, sausage and toast. Everything was very tasty. The service was prompt and courteous and they checked back twice to make sure everything was good. We just moved to the area so this will be a regular place for us.

We thought it was a nice big place but the food was not all that great. I ordered their Pile Up with chicken but was bland. Added salt and pepper and threw a little ketchup on to add a little taste. Their pancakes and huge but at least that was was not soft. The next day on a 3 day camping trip, we went to Hoaty’s instead and we all liked it. Their french toast was out of this world. Go to Hoaty’s rather, period.

Similar to Dianne L’s review it’s not worth talking about the food here. Let’s discuss the bathroom, specifically, the men’s bathroom. Walking into the men’s bathroom, I was greeted with a cleaning rag hanging over the toilet, a dirty sink, and an overflowing trash can. Taking a waitress aside, I informed her of the mess. Minutes later I observe the owner walking out of the men’s bathroom carrying in her bare hands the aforementioned rag. The kicker was that she loudly muttered that the bathroom was fine. You want to gauge a restaurant’s cleanliness? Start with the bathrooms. Enough said.

I wanted Lobster Benedict before boarding the plane in Boston. I wasn’t disappointed in the food. My boyfriend and a steak/egg combo and his steak was tender and juicy. Glad we had an hour to spare to sit and enjoy one last meal while in the New England area.

Linda’s breakfast place is a great place!!! their menu is enormous and interesting– portions are plenty and staff is the salt of the earth. Real food for real people. Real Good food too! we don’t get out to breakfast very often anymore because of our children, however Linda’s is the first and only place i think of on the seacoast for Breakfast. I recommend Linda’s to anyone who is traveling through and have taken groups of friends here after a night of partying. it is tucked into this little strip mall and it took me 3yrs living on the seacoast to find it. Glad we did! can’t wait to go back!

I don’t know how anyone could give Linda’s just one star! It’s a breakfast place where the staff is friendly, the food I good, and I am very fussy when it comes to eating out! LOVETHISPLACE!!! It’s consistent, clean, and a great spot to grab a bite before a long day! The portions are generous, and I keep coming back because it is tasty, and everyone here is so friendly! If you want a 5 star breakfast, go to Boston or NY. If you want a good value and a friendly atmosphere, come to Linda’s!!!

After working outside in the cold, I stopped for a lunch break at Linda’s Breakfast Place around 1:25PM on a Tuesday, figuring I could be in and out of here in a timely manner and meet up with a crew at 2:00PM in Seabrook. I was told I could seat myself as I entered with a few customers here. The place has table seating and seating up at the counter/bar, painted red floors. Linda’s Breakfast Place offers a solid breakfast menu(served all day) including egg dishes, 14 types of 3 egg omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, French toast, Belgian waffles, sides, and a kid’s menu(12& under). Lunchtime offerings(served 11:30AM-Close Mon-Fri) include sandwiches, wraps, burgers(6 oz fresh), salads, soups, fish chowder(Fri only), fries, rings, and potato salad. A specials board is posted. The prices are pretty reasonable, most items under $ 10, lobster & cheddar omelette, lobster roll, and steak tips, slightly over $ 10. Botted beer, wine, and mimosas available. I ordered a drink which came out quickly, but I needed another minute to decide what I wanted. The waitress came back about 5 minutes later to take my order. The food did take a while to come out(18 minutes after ordering) though and the place really wasn’t that busy. Most of the staff looked occupied in preparing for closing, doing cleaning, sweeping and wiping down things. I did some paperwork while waiting. I ordered the Patty Melt($ 6.95) which had Swiss cheese, grilled onions on grilled pumpernickel bread with a side of sweet potato fries. The food was pretty good as I enjoyed this classic sandwich(well done burger as requested) and the sweet potato fries were hot and crispy outside, soft inside. After I was done eating in 5 minutes, I asked for check which was dropped off. I cashed out at the bar when the waitress didn’t return. I needed to boogie, so I could make my meeting on time. Overall, 3.5 stars for this early afternoon weekday lunch visit. I would return here for the breakfast because of the solid breakfast menu and the positive reviews. The Lobster & Cheddar Omelette sounds pretty good!
