Exactly what we were looking for on the way home from the beach. Sit outside, kids feeding the swans in the canal, some live music, not a long wait, wearing flip flops, cold beer on the water. Found the place by accident at the beginning of the summer and went back another 3 times
good steamers and ok fried food, fast friendly service and not very expensive

Great yellow Finn tuna sandwich wrap. The staff was nice pleasant and not crabby. I can’t wait to go back there again. It was a nice day and enjoyed great food and an attentive staff.

Cute waterfront crab shack-style place, but the quality is only so-so. Lots of fried food on the menu, but it tastes pretty freezer-quality. Friend got steamers and said they were fine but nothing special either. Prices and quality don’t really match up either. They do have a couple of beers available, and both shaded and sunny seats, so it’s not a bad place to sit outdoors by the water and drink for a bit. But that’s really the extent of its appeal. The fact that people are right on the marina washing their boats and stuff also detracts a bit from the ambiance. Overall, wouldn’t cry if I had to come back here, but probably wouldn’t go out of my way to get back either.

Not sure why crabby Amy’s doesn’t have more four and five stars. If you are looking for decently priced food with some great ambiance than you should go here. I went with my family and the staff was extremely attentive. Also, the food was really good especially for the price (I got the crab cakes and my wife and mom got the fried jumbo shrimp… we were all very happy with the food). My mom said it reminded her of being at a restaurant on the coast in Florida. If you are looking for five star cuisine, this may not be your spot. But if you are looking for a fun, friendly environment with some really good food, then I highly recommend crabby Amy’s.

We had s really great time bringing the kids here it was very casual but the food was good and it’s right on the water. The place is always and the food fresh. You almost feel like your having a picnic. The kids had fun picking ice cream out of the freezer. Fun very fun

Caution: we tried the place this evening. It was epicly, tragically bad with a bug problem (completely outside of the obvious knats). Unable to eat the steamers, steamed lobster, and softshell crab dinners because of very small bugs crawling on the shells of each ! and we left as quickly as possible. They did try to charge us ! but had to comp the meal once we pointed out what made all of the dinners inedible. We had PTSD from this place! Disgusting and shameless! Rated EWW

it really is a little shack with only outdoor seating
part is covered
the bathrooms are across the parking lot in another building
everyone seems friendly and happy as they sit at picnic tables to enjoy their fare
I had a lovely very simple tuna on salad meal
tuna was just slightly seared it was great
the dressing was wasabi ranch tasty enough for sure
simple salad cost 17.95 is it worth it hard to say but the atmosphere is very nice
I saw people eating burgers and crabs they looked happy
there is no such thing here as a cup of water you must buy a drink if you want to drink something
I ordered ice tea it was ok
its in the Treasure Island Marina

Good generous portions of Fried Seafood and other fried and broiled food. Steamers and lobsters. Nice setting in a marina. Covered and open seating. Covered seating was great on this hot day with a nice breeze coming off the bay.
I had Fried Clams which were above average. My wife had the Fried Shrimp which was among the best I’ve had. Definitely worth a trip to this out of the way place. I’ll be back.

Nice place to go after the beach, however don’t go for the food. First, when ask for water the waitress said all the have is bottled water they do not serve tap water. So I had to order water that was a room temperature in a plastic bottle, but the give you a small cup of ice Come on, give everybody free water
I order fried clam and fries. Dreadful. The «clams» were small random pieces, like the kind you get frozen in the supermarket but worse. The fries were a obviously frozen not fried very long limp and soggy
My said her lobster roll was good, probably because they could not find frozen lobster meet to buy
The steamer clams were fine

Mediocre at best. They won’t even give you ice water. What is up with that? If you want water you have to pay. The food is ok. Nothing special. If you are in the marina and have nothing better to and don’t mind throwing money in the garbage give this place a try.

We love to hit this place on our way to a concert at Jones Beach– it’s conveniently on the way, the food is good, the service is also, and my wife’s name is Amy.
Need I say more?
Parking is good– a big area– just have to keep your eyes peeled for the entrance to Treasure Island Marina, because they are located inside there.
Yes, I drove past it my 1^st time there.
Soft shell crab was nice, clams on the half shell, flaky flounder sammich– it’s all good.

I can not get enough of this place! All the food is fresh, delicious, they have many options. My favorite is the catfish wrap and the crab cake app. The location is great it’s right on the water and the staff is fun and friendly. They have great bands on the weekends. I would definitely recommend this place they are kid and pet friendly. Nice to go with a group of friends!

Quaint and casual dockside eatery with excellent, reasonably priced crab cakes. The lobster roll was good, but could have used a bit more mayo. The sangria was not fruity and was served in a plastic cup. For $ 7 a piece, they could afford to serve it in a glass. The service was very slow and the gnats were biting. I wouldn’t return unless it was for takeout.

Grabbed a bite to eat here after a day at Jones beach. Searched Unilocal for some outdoor places and this came up. Had driven in from Manhattan and this was close enough.
Location is great and sitting dockside is just perfect in the summer. There was live music. Although it was busy we were seated immediately. Service was good.
We had the half portion fried calamari as an appetizer, wish we had gotten the full as it was delicious. Raw clams were also very fresh. I had the soft crab sandwich which was also good. One person had the lobster roll, that was OK. Drank some beers. I would def return, prices were reasonable and it would be a great after beach stop.

Average, pricey, no fresh cold warer, you have to buy a drink for $ 2.50 plastic glass.
Nice atmosphere. You can pull up in your car or boat and I guess that is why it is a bit more expensive.
As I said, average and nothing special if you in a car. Nice atmosphere but J am not over paying just to sit outside by the water. I would rather go to a nice sea food place and spend less with a better variety.
