I love Nora’s cleaners! They are always accommodating and great with customer service. If I need something cleaned by a certain date, they will make it happen! I have been using them now for 15 years and will go no-​where else.

Terrible. I spent $ 50 on dry cleaning today and my coat was not cleaned. Literally not cleaned. Still had all the dog hair on it and dirty spots from when I dropped it off. Someone put it on the cleaner hanger and bagged it without even cleaning the coat with a lint roller! I just got off the phone asking for a refund and was told to bring it in. Nora would «try it again». I will never be back here. They are understaffed and she took my money without cleaning my clothes. This is a fraudulent business.

If you’re short like me, alterations become an essential part of life. I’ve been taking my pants and dresses here for years to get them altered and they always come out perfect! I have been so happy with their services and I wouldn’t trust any other place with my clothes!

This is long overdue and is my first negative review which is why it has taken me so long to write it. I took my clothes there in 2014 for dry cleaning (after my dry cleaner of 14 years retired) and I kid you not every single item came back with the same spots they had on them when I took them in. The woman was so nice and I didnt want to take the time to deal with it so I never went back. I subsequently took the clothes to another cleaner and all spots were removed.

I’ve been taking my dry cleaning and tailoring to Nora’s for nearly a decade, and I’ve never had a single problem. The quality of the cleaning is excellent, the price is fair, and they do a great job with any tailoring you need. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

OMG… do not take your stuff here. I took in a cream slacks and it came back pink! No joke. I also had a couple pairs of black slacks that I took in to dry clean. They pressed it so hard that the seams were coming through. They messed up my closed awhile back but i thought i give them another chance. Big mistake. Never again. If you care about your clothes at all, do not take it here. Destroying my clothes deserves a big fat zero!

If you have clothes that only need to be laundered, then go here. If you have anything that costs of 50 bucks, is dark, and needs dry cleaning RUN RUN RUN. I took in 5 very expensive dark colored shirts that needed dry cleaning and they all came back destroyed. They either laundered the shirts and faded the heck out of them or put the press on SUPER HOT and torched them. If you value you clothes, run… and don’t say I didn’t warn you

Total rip off. We called to check prices, they quoted $ 1.75 a shirt. Brought our clothes in the next day and somehow the price jumped to $ 2.50 a shirt. I had 3 womens shirts, lightweight cotton and they considered them to be «sweaters» and charged us $ 4 each! Going back to quality cleaners in Long Beach, they don’t lie to get business or make up random prices to make more money and cheat their customers.

They ruined my Tory Burch silk blouse after I took it there because it had a couple of stains. When I got it back the stains were white … Charged me for it and never even offered to compensate for the loss. When I mentioned small claims court the owner said «go for it!»
What kind of reaction is that for a local business? BTW I already posted this and they took it out!

These women are really, really good at tailoring clothes. I have had a dress lined to look… just… better (more expensive, structured, etc) and they also replaced the zipper on my favorite white pants. I am totally impressed with the work, speed an professionalism of the women. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is to your liking. They have a customer for life!
