This is definitely one of the nicer Paylesses that I’ve been too. Average size but well stocked. The store is always organized & clean. The employees here are excellent. The employees will help me find a shoes I’m looking for in the store. One time they didn’t have it in stock, so she looked up to see if any local stores had what I was looking for. She found a store, called them and had them put the shoes on hold for me. The employee really went above the norm so I could get the shoes I wanted.

When you have kids, especially kids who often have recitals and various school performances, a good Payless Shoe Source is a Godsend.
It seems like every time the kids get ready to go somewhere, one of the kids say «my shoes are too small!»
I’ve run into this particular Payless at least 3 times now for Ballet shoes, black flats or boys dress shoes with 15 minutes to spare. The staff seems to know when I’m coming because they are always ready to help, even if it means running in the back for another size. The price is always right, but I love when they have their BOGO deals. This particular Payless is always organized, which is a big deal when it comes to Payless. I’m sure we will be back again soon… on account of kids don’t stop growing… ever.
