Terrible warranty service! Warranty and customer service expired once they took my money.

I first came here about 12 years ago and bought my first pair of orthotics. They basically have you step on a giant stamp pad and show you(at least me anyway) how your feet are out of alignment and how they actually should be, then they fit you for a pair of orthotics. I brought mine home that day and began wearing them. I went back a year or so later and they checked my feet and they were way better than the first visit. Then I got careless and didn’t wear them every day and my feet got out of alignment again. I went back and got a second pair(just to have a spare) and a pair of the kind you wear in athletic shoes. Yes, they are pricey(you get a break when you buy more than one pair, plus I was a repeat customer so I got an even bigger discount), but your feet carry you around your entire life… how do you put a price on keeping them aligned and your arches from falling? I only subtracted a star because usually there is only one person working and if there are others ahead of you, there may be a wait.

I purchased 2 pairs of expensive shoes and one pair peeled after being worn only twice. Jackie(a wonderful conscientious salesperson) spoke to the owner and assured me I would receive a refund(I mailed the shoes to the store and it was determined that they couldn’t be repaired). That was a month ago. Jackie has tried to get the owner to process the refund check but obviously the owner doesn’t care about standing behind her products or customer service. I would rather go barefoot than deal with New Feet store.

I can’t believe the New Feet store has no reviews yet! I came into the store for the first time this past weekend, and was attended to by Jaqui. This lady was so cute, I want her to be my grandmother. She was patient, explained everything really well, and was a good saleswoman– not pushy! I learned about their orthodics when my fiancé got his in their booth at the LA County Fair. These orthodics are really pricey, but if you purchase them at the fair you get about half off(about $ 160 with the discount). They make a print of your feet, and show you where you apply the most pressure when you step. Everything is explained thoroughly. My fiancé’s knee and foot pain has gone away almost completely with these orthodics, and so I’m really looking forward to them helping with my lower back pain as well as my hammer toes. If you’re looking for high quality orthodics(with a LIFETIME guarantee) come here!
