Do you like hot chocolate? Do you like ice cream? Then run, don’t walk to Paradis! I had no plans to indulge in dessert but after I saw the sign in the window advertising their hot chocolate made with ice cream I had to give it a try, and let me tell you it was a-​ma-​zing! They scoop up some of their dark chocolate ice cream and add steamed milk, top it with their homemade whipped cream and you are left with the perfect, not too sweet hot chocolate. I daresay it was the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. Not just for the kiddies, trust me.

Wow, this place is a must try if you are in the area! They make there ice cream and sorbet daily so it is always fresh. There sorbet is dairy free so, hello vegans! The flavors are ever changing and unique. I tried the elderberry sorbet and the orange buttermilk. They were heavenly!

Best ice cream around!!! I need to go here more often. Today I had a scoop of their Almond Chocolate Chip-​outstanding! It takes a lot for an ice cream to make me say YUM after every bite. I love that it’s fresh made each day and you can taste the quality ingredients. The size of the scoops are perfect too! Try it, you will not be disappointed.

I cant have egg or dairy so finding ice cream, especially some that is good can be tricky. This place is AMAZING!!! I would never give up a chance to go here (and bring a pint home). They have vegan sundaes as well that are to die for!!!

A few years ago I wandered into an ice cream shop up in East Hollywood, and I loved it! I went back a second time and it still did not disappoint. However, a third visit would not be in store because just a few months after my first visit the shop was boarded up and closed.
Fast-​forward to 2015 and I cross paths with Paradis again! The ice cream here is as creamy and delicious as I remember. You can really taste that all the ice cream is made fresh daily. I love those chocolatey flavors, so I got the stracciatella and the ferrero rocher flavors. Both were spectacular… the vanilla base was delightfully creamy and it went perfectly with all the chocolate bits mixed in.
With a variety of different flavors, I can not wait to go back!

Love love love this place. They have Ferrero Rocher which I love. I’ve been to italy and this matches gelato there. Service is very friendly the place is very clean. You must give it a try!!! I only wish they put it in tsunamis shopping center cause we really need an ice cream place there and its closer to my house

The best ice cream ever. My son had strawberry sorbet, I had sea salt caramel, hubby had chocolate chip & my daughter had cherry swirl. Omg they can’t wait to try other flavored. Best «is» ever!!! Cute place great!

My boyfriend and I were on vacation and had just come from Newport Beach, looking for some ice cream. We found this place and I am SO glad we did!
The lady working the counter was so sweet and polite and let us sample almost every flavor!
I settled on the Ferrero Rocher ice cream. yes like the candy, it was AMAZING!

So so so delicious!!! Ice cream made daily and their little shovel spoons are the cutest things ever. The price is a little steep, but the quality is so amazing that it’s worth it. We stopped in after lunch and I told my husband I wanted to try the flavor of the month. We decided to get the kids a scoop at that time and he returned later for us… he was so surprised to see that the flavor I requested was almost gone! There hadn’t been anyone in the shop other than us earlier that day. Anyway, we’ve since been back twice and it was just as good every time

Paradis is a Scandinavian ice cream shop. It’s wonderful.

I had not either until I tried some today. Oh boy!
My main order was a sorbet smoothie. You can pick which sorbet you want them to use. It was really good with a different type of a kick to it. It was one of their Vegan offerings. It’s not a «health food» bar but it has clean feel to it.
They redid the shop and it has a Scandinavian type décor, simple and uncluttered with bright colors. There are indoor seats as well as benches outside.
The owners work there so they have a personal stake in making sure they have good service.
I liked the fact that they are not selling junky candy. They do have some beverages and water in a cooler you can pick out for yourself. What else can I say, other than its really good !! Excellent!

Delicious! Everything was super creamy, nothing artificial tasting, absolutely fabulous. Great customer service.
Oreo ice cream with a shot of espresso was my choice and my husband had the smooth coffee ice cream.

All in all, another reason to go back to Seal Beach!

This is a place that I cannot say enough about. This is not the usual ice cream shop by any means. The flavored are amazing and unique. My husband got Buttermilk Vanilla Bean… fabulous! I tried the pumpkin… which tasted like I was eating a pumpkin pie. The flavors are rich, robust and pure. The smallest dish was plenty as it is so very rich. While the searing space is limited, they have done an amazing job to incorporate a variety of broad games to be enjoyed by visitors. We are so pleased to have this great little gem join our beautiful Old Town Seal Beach Main Street. It is wonderful to have a fresh and unique shop in our community. Looking forward to sampling all the amazing flavors.

This new handcraft ice cream shop is amazing I loved it and the owner are very very friendly with best attitude ever, tried ferro Roche ice cream was so yummy. I advice every one to try their ice cream while in seal beach. They also serve sorbet ice cream (non diary) for vegetarian.

New little ice cream shop in seal beach. flavors are very unique. We had the ferroro rocher and the cookie butter very yummy and refreshing during our walk on main street. New ice cream shop in Seal Beach! Nice smiling faces and yummy ice cream. Tried the pistachio as a free scoop promo for their grand opening. Excellent pistachio flavor!
What I also like it the flow of the location. Customers form a line past the ice cream case to get their order, then to the register. Easy in, easy out and less people cutting in line.
I always love to get ice cream at the beach so I will be back!
