I ordered business cards online and set for pickup at this location. When I came to pick them up, I noticed that a vast majority of the cards were not aligned properly.
I talked to one of the representatives who explained that if texts/​images are close to the trim line, they tend to get cut off. He also mentioned that the person who cut the cards didn’t cut them properly and that I can reorder them and they’d refund the previous order.
I went ahead and did that. I made sure all of the text and images were well inside the trim line and checked the sample several times before placing my order.
Went to pick up the second batch and the cutting was still off. The same representative I spoke with the first time mentioned the same thing while another said as long as all your information is on there, that’s all that matters.
Definitely won’t be coming back. I’d rather pay more somewhere else to get it right the first time.

Customer service her is horrible. When u walk in they great u only because they have to not because they want to. Nothing works here. Everything is down from copying machines, fax machines scanners and printers.
As much as I hate leaving bad reviews this was not the first time that this happened to me at the same staples.

Needed a scan of large full color print. It seemed that this was the hardest task the girl had ever done. She talked us out of it without trying. She advised that no matter how the scan came out we still needed to pay. Went to Kinkos and received a beautiful scan…

Love the tech service folks at this location… and so does my laptop. It seems to crash just so it can get out of the house and go visit with its favorite tech Matt. I’m not sure what Matt does exactly. He sort of waves his magic wand and brings my little laptop back to life. I give a round of applause. Matt takes a bow. And, away my laptop and I go. Thank you, Matt, for your talent and great customer service skills!

I was so impressed with the staff at this Staples! Every sales person here including the manager have been so helpful, pleasant, and professional. I recently purchased a high-​end printer that ended up having issues, but the staff took care of it so smoothly. Thank you specifically to Alex and Cory! This kind of service is a rarity these days !

A cold horrible soulless corporate nightmare of a place. The signage for office supplies keeps changing but never gets any clearer. They use names for things that may be the official office supply business jargon, but not what anyone around me uses. One employee got perturbed with me because I said I was looking for a notebook, and it turned out (he informed me huffily) I was looking for a binder. Subject dividers are called tabs here. Employees almost NEVER come toward the back of the store where the lower-​than-​tech priced office supplies are, and if they do they seem to do ANYTHING to avoid eye contact because then you might actually ask for help finding something. I was so frustrated today (and recovering from foot surgery, in some pain and trying not to walk all over looking for what I needed) I actually called to see if someone could help me. I was on hold for eight minutes, while this very depressing music played, and every minute or so i heard a beautiful robot voice say «customer service call for office supplies,» but it took a long time to get an actual human on the phone, and when I did he STILL didn’t offer to come back and help!!! I go in here because it is the closest one to my house, all the corporate mega-​stores seem just as awful as this one, and I don’t know any place better to go that might be a positive or even marginally acceptable human exchange of money for office products. I truly hate this place.

I go here frequently, since the locations near my office have all closed down. I know the brick & mortar stores don’t have all they used to (much has gone online), but I have had excellent service at this location every time I’ve needed it. Clean, organized store. Lots of stock of what they do have. Courteous, helpful employees.

This store locked doors before it was even closed tonight. The sign said 7:00. Should wait until closing time. You lost a good sale and customer.

I would definitely give this Staples location NO star if I could. I was here to buy some office supplies and I was treated very poorly. Customer service was non existence although I see employees just standing there not acknowledging customers as they walk in. I waited patiently for an employee to come and assist me but after 45 minutes of waiting I look over and they were just fooling around, laughing, talking about their personal lives to one another. I didn’t say anything and left. I would not recommend this Staples location to any of my associates, family, or friends.

Absolutly will not return to give my business to this Staples. An employee named Stacy working in the copy center was the worst excuse of costumer service we have ever experienced. She was completely rude, no manners, unhelpful and, seemed to be very put out and bothered to do her job and assist us with our first time use of their printer service.
What makes it even worse, what looked like supervisor, was right there and said nothing to correct or further assist us.

Do not buy a computer from this store, They have the worst techs in the business. I bought 2 new computers and 1 broke very shortly after we had it and the tech said it was fixed and it was not. then they said it is not there problem anymore and to contact HP direct and they where no help either. Manager of the store has a bad attitude and his boss is even worse. Do not shop at this store ever they could care less about you.

Great Place People really freiendly and helpful copy center was very nice and helpful helped me with brochures and business cards I highly recommend this place.

Bad service from the manager herself. After I came to the store to print holiday cards, the service person he told me I can do it at home and if it does not work, I can come back to the store and they will do it for me. so I went back home and when I did it, it would not work, and I came back to the store. The morning manager didn’t want to help me and told me that the system is not working and I have to do it at home. What a bad service from the manager herself.

Clean store with friendly helpful staff here. Stire is always stocked well and comouter techs are fairly knowledgeable not pushy

Printing center horrible customer service. If you are a printing center wouldn’t you think it would be easy to print what you need in a timely fashion? I wanted to print a doc that’s in my email and wanted to forward to the store and print. They couldn’t do that for me. What they did offer me is a card with an email address. To then email my attachment to, then wait for a code that I have still not received and then give the code to the store to finally print. They gave me no other possible options to print. I guess try don’t really care. Off to someone that can print for me. A real printing center.

I don’t remember the last time I’ve been this mad; and I work at a restaurant.
As a graphic design student I’m a frequent visitor to the copy and print center. The Staples I normally go to had printer problems so I thought I’d try the Seal Beach location. I walked up to the copy and print center and the print tech (Kimberly) was on the phone all smiles talking to what sounded like another employee. Right when she got off the phone she seemed peeved and talked to me with such superiority. She made me feel so stupid. and I barely said hi. When she pulled up the document I wanted to print she’s all «All I see are a bunch of numbers.» Slaughtering my patients with her unrelenting attitude. What I really wanted to say was «No shit Sherlock it’s a table of contents».
Needless to say she couldn’t print what I needed (or didn’t want to) and I will never go back to that store location. Ever.
I went to another staples and they printed what I needed no problem. The La Habra location has the nicest employees and they know what they’re doing.

Came here exclusively for the Copy Center.
If you go the route where you make photocopies yourself do not expect any assistance. For a cent more per page then the staff will talk to you, otherwise you’re on your own!

Cleanest, fresh off the boat, brand spanking new? Whatever you want to call it! This is by far the most confortable Staples store I’ve been too.
Even the mens restroom in here feels like a corporate target practice for urinals (it aint piss poor) there is even a plant décor inside to keep it fresh.
I came here to use their print copier and fax machine for work and I’ve used them with eaze! They have all working demo tablets, which was a good thing because I was also too tablet shopping and other Staples stores did not have working demos.
Pleasant front end staff, they greeted me as I walked in and thanked me when I walked out after my purchases.
Nice strip location and parking here should be hassle free.

Brand new store, just opened today. Opening crew is doing a great job, seem well trained, helpful and friendly. Plenty of staff to cover the store – as is to be expected for an opening – and they seem to have more than adequate stock to cover all of the promos tied into the store opening. Things going smoothly, I was able to have my purchases ring up at the copy/​shipping center and save a couple minutes in line.
Hope all this goodness holds up once the newness of the store and any temporary store opening/​training staff are gone.
