Sunset Blvd Salon

Discovered Sunset Boulevard Salon during the Seal Beach Car Show in April. The rest of the family enjoyed the car show and I visited the salon as a walk-​in for a trim and blow-​out. My stylist was Jessica. She was wonderful! I felt so pampered and enjoyed my time with Jessica that I went back up last weekend for color and styling. Still loving my color and cut a week later. Very pleased with the results and will return again in a few weeks.

Found Jessica through the Groupon deal, figured I’d give it a shot. Great little salon on Main Street. Super clean and friendly. Love my hair and I always leave happy. She obviously knows what she’s doing. Healthiest and best my hair has looked in a really long time. Go see Jessica!

I love my stylist Jessica! I have been to several salons in the area and this one is by far the best. Jessica knew exactly what I wanted. Not only is Jessica talented, but she is sweet, friendly, and really nice to talk to. I look forward to getting my hair done. My mom goes to Sunset Salon too. In fact, she is the one that told me about it. I would recommend Jessica to anyone who is looking for someone who really knows how to do hair right !!!

Nice place, very quaint. People seemed very nice. I had a Groupon for Jessica to do my hair. She butchered me! Really, I had to wear a hat until I could go get it fixed somewhere else. I called and left a message for the owner to see if she would be willing to fix it but she just had Jessica call me back. I went in to see if Jessica could fix it but she just didn’t understand trying to blend it and even it out. The owner just looked on and didn’t offer any assistance so finally Jessica mentioned refund and I jumped on it. We just weren’t communicating. So I took the refund and went elsewhere. Like I said, nice place and everyone else is probably great. I just wouldn’t recommend Jessica. If you have been doing hair for 6 – 7 years and still haven’t built up a clientele and have to resort to Groupon for business, that should be a red flag. Nice person though.

I love Sunset Blvd. Sherry does a great job on my hair. The salon is neat and clean. The people are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sunset Blvd. Salon to all my friends.

Sunset Blvd Rocks!
Great Color-​Great Cut-​Great Price-​Fun and laughs for 2 hours. My hair always feels great and Tayler give the best head massage. Sherry the owner has done my hair for my 2 sons weddings and made me feel beautiful. I send all my friends to them. Job well done girls!

My haircut i got was fine days before but I stopped in days later with my 75 yr old mother in a wheelchair on oxygen and asked to use the restroom. . the owner said «No go use the public restroom’s at the pier» — She is a nasty person, not Seal Beach Material or Class — do not go here — just nasty

This salon is too cute! I have tried and tested many hair stylists and once I saw my friend get her hair done by Ashlee, I knew I needed to see her immediately! She did such an amazing job on my friend and had trust in her. When I first met Ashlee, she was such a welcoming and hip chick.
I now have been going to Ashlee for years! I have never once been disappointed and absolutely love her work. I come in and bring examples of pictures to give her an idea of what I am thinking, she also gives suggestions too. In the end my hair turns out amazing and better than I imagined!

Love Sunset Blvd Salon! They have a little parking lot in the back — so parking is not an issue. The salon is cute, clean and the girls are all very nice.
Tayler Janovick rocks. She is a fantastic hair stylist and she is one cool chick. If you are going to walk in — request her!
I have searched high and low and tried many salons to find one comparable to the one I used to go to for 5 years in Redlands — and I found it! Tayler has done my hair 4 times now and I have been thrilled every time! She does exactly what I ask and it always looks better than I hoped.

Erin is FANTASTIC! I was refered by many friends, I am so super happy. I am crazy picky and whiney about my hair and the color is perfect along with a fantastic cut. Love the relaxed and comfy atmosphere!
