Best smoothies and juices around! People may call out some of the smoothies for having sugar or thriftys ice cream in it but that’s what makes some of those smoothies a treat! This place is very healthy though if you look at the juice side of the board and open your eyes! So many cranky people on here leaving cranky comments! Dont listen to them! Calypso is the best!

This place sucks. I went in with my friend and we were ordering when they offered her a sample and they looked at me and poured the rest down the sink. This place sucks.

Smoothie was tasty but why did you put Thrifty ice cream in it when it wasn’t in the description of ingredients? Asked for spinach. Got like 4 leaves in a 16oz cup. All sugar and fruit. Tasty desert but not health food by any stretch of the word. And at just shy of $ 8? Please. Whole Foods is cheaper. I drank ¹⁄₃ of it before tossing: my stomach hurt from sugar over load. At least they had a nice selection of vitamins and supplements. Service was ok. They greeted me, asked if I needed help or recommendations.

I had the green magic because it was recommended by fellow Unilocalers and it was fantastic and so incredibly refreshing.
My husband loved it too and he’s has discriminating taste.
Too bad they are not open on Sundays or I would go every day.
The perfect way to start the day or the perfect way to end it.

This is the best juice in town! Healthiest choice compared to tropical juice, which is all sugar. The green magic and 2k are my favorite drinks!

The owner is very rude! I asked for an additional cup so my son and I can share a smoothie. As her employee was handing me one, the owner rudely stopped her and demanded I pay FULL price for an empty cup. The owner started becoming rude towards me as well! I thought that was utterly uncalled for. After already purchasing the smoothie, I didn’t want to take it anymore, I asked her for my money back, and for her to keep her smoothie. She just rudely told me to take my smoothie and empty cup. She could have simply made me aware that they don’t sell extra empty cups and I would have been fine with that.
I am not saying this because the owner is completely rude, but the smoothie was average tasting. I have not and will not ever go back again, there are plenty of other juice/​smoothie places along the way with better service and better tasting drinks.
This place is not worth it, I don’t want to support her behavior…

This place sucks. If you’ve ever been to Nektar in Huntington Beach or NatureWell in Belmont Shore you would not like this place.
First of all, the owner is super rude. She treats her employees very poorly. they all seem meek, timid and scared around her.
I ordered a ginger shot and it was green and did not taste good at all. It was the grossest shot I’ve ever had.
There is an upcharge for everything you want to add. It was $ 1 extra to add cayenne pepper to my shot even though I already bought it and a juice.
There is a $ 1.50 charge if you use a credit or debit card, which the owner does not tell you.
I would never come back here based on the way the owner treated me. She was rude, difficult, and tried to upsell me on everything. If I wanted anything extra she told me to buy it from her store (this place also sells vitamins and supplements).
Overall experience was a waste of time and money. I will not be returning.

I feel like these juice can be homemade but of course you’re paying for someone to do it for you and the ingredients.

This is juice for folks who juice. A lot of green selections and a wonderful shot of ginger.

This is a great smoothie bar. My sister told me to come here and I love to visit it when I can. Everyone I have met here seems to go every day. It’s a local favorite spot! I’m happy to be in on this hidden gem! The owner Hafeeza is really cute and sweet from Trinidad and Tobago! I like her island music!

I don’t know why I have been ignoring this place for so long??? It’s a really great place to get fresh smoothies, fresh juice, protein bars and vitamins and some skin care products. It smells so good in here too, it’s the fresh greens they grow in the shop. The drinks are authentic. Not sugared out. There are at least 20 choices of various types of veggie drinks and fruit drinks. They have different combos and all the ingredients are listed on a large board behind the counter. The drinks are very filling too. They also have shots of wheatgrass. Have to try that! I feel like I am doing something good for myself when I go here. Very nice ladies working here too!

Considering there are no other fresh juice bars in Seal Beach, this is the best! Everything I’ve tried tastes wonderful and they make everything right there in front of you. There is a little blatant localism happening with the regulars and staff, but that’s okay. This is a little hole in the wall place with no place to sit, just pop in and out.
They also sell vitamins… not super impressed with their product range. Juicing is their thing here.

I found out that most of what goes into these smoothies is frozen yogurt.
Bad for health, good for consistency.
Great people working there, and they do have one green smoothie that is pure fruit and veggie.
Just be sure to ask.

Absolutely love this place and addicted. The josh special is absolutely the best with wheatgrass, veggie juice, and fruit smoothie just like a three course meal. I recommend calling in your order so it’s ready by the time you get there :) Also, love the Jamaican super splash absolutely yummy :))

AMAZING! I had the Green Machine juice, which had just the right balance of sweetness and veggy-​taste, and also the Bono Island smoothie, which tastes exactly like peanut butter crunch, without the crunch (it is SO velvety smooth). I would HIGHLY recommend going here if you want the most delicious blends of fresh juices nature has to offer — they really know how to put together a good drink… evidence for this: I asked if the lady helping mecould put coconut in the Bono Island, and she said «No… No way. It would ruin the drink!» And she was absolutely right — she knows what she is doing and ended up serving me the best two juice drinks I have had in SoCal thus far.

A nice local juice/​smoothie place. I think I’ve tried almost all the juices, but I really like the green magic or green juice? I forget what its called. The juice is cold and its a lil thick, and has just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness to it. I tried one of the smoothies, and it was extremely sweet. It takes awhile to get your drink, and a couple other people got in after us, but they still made their drink first because they ordered it beforehand. I think I’ll do that next time. The wait is worth it though!
