Grateful for Kevin who is always more than helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with what you need. Being a teacher and a mom I don’t have a lot of time. He makes sure to take my order and when I come back it is always printed, laminated, and cut to perfection saving me so much time! Thank you so much!

You can try to justify your unprofessionalism all you want by writing false statements yourself. Look at the numerous reviews stating how rude and unprofessional you are. If you can’t handle the truth from negative reviews, I suggest you look at another line of work.
With Kevin constantly updating with lies truly shows how disillusioned he really is. 10 out of his 30 reviews say how rude and unprofessional he is. Your batting .300, that makes you an all-​star. With you mentioning my work in your review just shows how mature you really are. Keep on updating with your lies. I don’t care. I have stated the truth about you, your lack of professionalism, and your horrible customer service.

Great store with a very friendly staff. The owner, Kevin, is very friendly and attentive. He greets everyone with a smile and he acknowledges you right away. They offer all types of services including notary and live scan. Clean store and accessible with lots of parking.

The terrible, rude staff, they did not honor price, overcharged based on weight. Just liars don’t go there!
The owner was so rude he sent a public scolding, not honoring old pricing from just a few days ago– no one greeted me but the «regulars» get all of the good treatment. Just rude, don’t go there! for any reason! Go to other places– and the items weighed less than the weight as I had weighed them on the same scale BEFORE he showed up — he was happy to overcharge! What else does he do that on? BEWARE!

This UPS has extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is very easy to come in and use the computer, print, copy, scan, whatever you need to do. It has a very nice atmosphere. My only dislike is the livescan here was very expensive. I wouldn’t come here if that is what you are needing, it can be done much cheaper at other places. Unfortunately, I learned that after I had already had my livescan. However, that is my only complaint. Everything about the store is great.

840am and still not open. Posted hours have 830am. Change your operating hours to 9 if your employees can’t make it in on time. Waste of time in traffic to get here.
Folks caution arriving here before 10am for good measure, increase the chance that the doors will be unlocked and lights on.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I came in to ship a cable box and router and was expecting to have to pay a good amount of money b/​c Verizon didn’t send me enough boxes in time before a cross country move.
Not only did the employees at this UPS store offer up solutions, they made it easy and painless. They really cleaned up Verizon’s mess and made a bad situation go away in an instant.
Cannot thank you enough for the help today, soooooooo appreciated.

Simply The Best. I work with a company in Canada and regularly have heavy glass samples sent to Kevin’s UPS Store. And always I am offered assistance to my car with these samples. I try to not take them up on this offer — but how kind! I love it that they email me when I have packages to pick up! A nice service. Kevin & Team are the best.

I’ve been frequenting this store for close to 20yrs and this is the 3rd different ownership that I’ve dealt with. Although the past 2 owners were ok, the current ownership and customer service team are outstanding! They have always gone above and beyond to help in any way possible. I moved out of the area last year and even though there’s a closer location to my house, I still drive to this store because I know I will receive great service. It’s refreshing to see a business that truly cares about it’s customers!

As convenient as it gets!!!
This wonderful store is on my way to work and makes my life so much easier. At Christmas I’m frequently dashing in to get presents wrapped and shipped, and ditto for other occasions. Recently, I’d been looking everywhere without success for a notary and discovered KEVIN is a notary!
Decent parking, easy to get into and out of parking lot. Very helpful and pleasant people.

Clean, and offers quick service. Not to mention convenience and close to home. Customer service was excellent not to mention the store had a few nifty office accessories that I purchased. Office supplies I found were a bit pricey. But today I was in a rush so I just bit the bullet and paid the xtra to save time.

Pretty rude, but got the job done.
I came in for a very simple task, just dropping off a package that is already been labeled. The clerk at the store was helping fingerprint another customer behind the counter. After standing there for a little while, I said «I would like to drop off a package». The clerk was very rude and told me that he would get to me next. The entire time since I walked into the store he had his back to me.
I totally don’t mind waiting my turn. But a little acknowledgment that another customer walked in would be nice.
