I went through the drive through and after waiting 15 minutes behind another vehicle I approached the window and after waiting another 8 minutes I honked my horn to get their attention. When I finally got their attention they asked what I ordered. I told them. Another 5 minutes go by. They then told me if I was in hurry because the chicken wasn’t ready. I then left without any chicken, The crew appeared to be having a party inside. Very bad service!

The worst part about this place is the cleanliness. The floor always look trashy, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the buffet is hardly maintained! The only place to get fried chicken in Sealy, besides Walmart down the road.
Customer service is quite friendly and accommodating! The only problem I have with the service is there’s always an employee that seems to not care about their job and makes me think about how they handle my food.
The prices are pretty outrageous but they are the only place to sell chicken, so that’s expected!
Overall my experience is always extremely slow and very dissatisfying. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.
