Sandwich was fine, except they refused to give me more than 3 slices of cheese on the foot long, instead of the normal amount. Service was very slow. It took about 5 minutes for the employee to show up when I came into the store… I was the only one there the entire time I was there. I called back«Is anyone here» several times with no answer, but I could hear noise in the back. I did new not really feel safe, so I took my sandwich or to my car and ate it in the parking lot. Overall it was a bad experience, but at least my sandwich filled my stomach. This location in inside the Walmart.

Oh my word… all I have to say is the cashiers and clerks need customer service training. Reza was not friendly and seemed to be in a bad mood. Food was good but not worth going if it comes with attitude.

Food is what you expect from Subway, the service however was horrible. The Indian couple working didn’t even say hello or ask us what we would like. They just stared at us w blank faces. Seemed annoyed that we were there. There is no excuse for rude. Don’t waste your time.

This Subway lacks a variety of selection, especially veggies, which is what should set them apart from all the other I’ll-have-the-#6 fastfood options out there. That being said, it was clean and the service was fine. You have limited options on a commute between Austin and Houston, which is lucky for this establishment!
