Ocean Terrace Condominiums and Rentals

This place is absolutely incredible, rooms are clean & the staff treat you like your family!!!

There is a reason why this hotel is #1 on TripAdvisor in Seaside. While Jersey Shore Motels are well known for their outdated décor, filthy rooms, beds that require you bring your own bedding should you be brave enough to lay in them and basically the worst motels you could imagine– Ocean Terrace is the exact opposite! The rooms are immaculate, light, bright and airy. They feature wood floors, cable tv, free wifi, full size fridge, safe box, etc. The pool is large and clean. The staff is very friendly– we asked for more towels and they arrived within 10 minutes. Seems to be a decent mix of families and party goers yet neither parties seem bothered by the other. Prime location– at the very beginning of the boardwalk. Very pleased with this choice!

Clean clean clean. This is the cleanest motel in Seaside. Stu has done a great job with this place. A heated pool, music piped in to the common area and it’s right off of the beach and the (rebuilding) seaside boardwalk. If my family and I are ever here again, this is where we will stay. Pergo floors and cute Scot made it feel like home. Thank you.

We recommend Ocean Terrace most highly. Maureen and the staff did everything to make our stay very enjoyable. The rooms are great and the location ideal. We are looking foward to returning next summer. Byron and Gwen

I can’t tell you how much I love the Ocean Terrace. 2013 marked the 21^st summer I have been staying here. Rooms are immaculate and the pool is well maintained. They have all different size rooms from basic 2-​bed hotel rooms to 3-​bedroom suites. The roof-​top sun deck is great for those who want to relax without the noise of the kids in the pool. There are also plenty of tables in the shade for the non-​sun lovers. It is so close to all the Seaside attractions that you never have to get in your car again once you arrive. Yet, it is still set back far enough from the Boardwalk that it is quiet enough to sleep at night. The free wi-​fi is also a nice perk. Love the staff there and can’t wait for summer 2014 to stay there again.

My fiancée spent the weekend here during the 4^th of July. It’s located at the end of the boardwalk which is a great location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a pool there that immaculately clean. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Flat screen TVs are mounted to the wall which was nice. This would be a great place for families and couples to stay at for a great price.
Note: It’s a quieter hotel so you won’t have to worry about drunk screaming frat guys as was evident in other motels further down the strip.
