Stopped by The Bed Store on Monday, 8⁄31 and wanted to purchase a mattress set to take with. We were assisted by Miles. He was very helpful and patient while we went through the selection process. Miles told us we could return the mattress set in it’s original packaging as we were unsure of the bed frame size. Sure enough, we guessed wrong and had to return to the store to exchange the mattress set. Thanks again for your help Miles!

Just wanted to leave a review to let everyone know about the excellent customer service we received at this store. Miles and Becky were attentive and went above and beyond what was needed! They even offered us a loaner bed because we are still waiting for our shipment to arrive! In addition, we changed our minds numerous times and they never gave us a hard sell or a difficult time with the process. Thank you so much for making this process as painless as possible!

Cool place, ask for Nick, my mattress purchase was so easy I couldn’t believe it. From walking in, to my delivery was a cakewalk, I absolutely love my new bed thank you America’s mattress

I really wish I could give a good review. Becky was extremely helpful in purchasing our bed, frame and headboard. We had a wonderful experience the day of purchase. We were told that we would receive our bed a week and a half from purchase date and our headboard 4 – 6 weeks after. After about a week and I half, I called to find out when my bed would be delivered. Becky told me that delivery days were Wednesday and Thursday after five. I was told that the deliver days were off that week and to call back Friday. Called back Friday and waited 15 minutes for them to pull my invoice and then was told that I would need to call back Monday. This is now two weeks after the purchase of the bed. I back Monday and was told that my invoice did not state two separate deliveries. Of course, the service manger, Joseph, blamed me for it and made it seem as though he was doing me a favor by getting my mattress to me early. I have never spoken to such an abrasive person in my life. He informed me that Becky doesn’t know what she is talking about and that they do not deliver after five on Wednesday and Thursday’s and that I need to make accommodations for THEM during my work day for a two hour time frame time so they can deliver the mattress and set it up. Ugh. It was back and forth. And I had to tell this guy the same thing OVERANDOVERAGAIN. He did not LISTEN to a single a word I said! Needless to say, three weeks later, we had our bed. Now, the headboard came in on Monday. I am not available during the day. Because I work. Go figure. Joe told me that people usually always make time out of their day for the product to be delivered. I couldn’t believe he asked me to take off on my lunch and come home from Seaside to Marina so he could bring my headboard/bed. Joe told me he would have to send the sales people to set up the frame and that they would have to Come after closing on Wednesday between 7 – 8:30. I waited. No one ever showed. I called Thursday to find out why and Joe informed the sales people that he told me that they were unavailable at that time, which is FALSE because we specially discussed them coming after I got off work. Joe told the sales floor that they would have to do it on Saturday, which was yesterday. So, the sales people came out yesterday to set up headboard. Guess what. They couldn’t do it. They used a power tool to screw in pieces when it should have been done by hand. Because most of the headboard is made out of particle board. The headboard was in shambles and they had to take it back to the store and they left my house a MESS. Screws and styrofoam all over my house. I have a six month old. So, I had to make sure I cleaned up AFTER them and I had no headboard to show for it. Now, I have NO idea when I will be getting the headboard and I honestly do not want to deal with Joe. No one from the store called me after the incident yesterday, so I guess I need to call tomorrow to figure out what is going on. Of course, I am sure it will all be my fault again. If you choose to buy from here, I wish you the best of luck.

Great customer service and Tony the sales rep gave us our space to look around and Offered us the best deals that he could. We love the mattresses and highly recommend this store. You can’t beat the 90 day layaway

Went to purchase a mattress and the staff at the bed store was great. They were very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. The selection was huge which gave me the options I was looking for. After about an hour of laying on the mattresses we finally decided on our new king size bed. The overall experience was great and I would highly recommend visiting and purchasing your next bed from the staff the The Bed Store.
