Glamour Glow Tanning

I’m so happy I’ve found my new tanning salon go-​to!
I went to Glamour Glow after looking for a tanning bed here on Unilocal and reading the great reviews, and you guys didn’t disappoint!
The salon is really nice inside and quite large, with a great selection of lotions.
They have several bed type options, including standard laydown, high pressure laydown and stand up. They also have spray tanning but I will be going for the naming beds.
The staff member working was super nice and very informative– I was worried about getting into one of those contracts that renew on auto and are almost impossible to get out of, but she gave me all the information I needed and I felt comfortable enough to join for a year log membership.
The price is awesome at a discounted $ 25 unlimited monthly tanning for the 12 month, and you pay monthly so it doesn’t require a large sum up front which I really appreciated.
I also get 12 free upgrades which is great to get to sample the higher pressure beds!
I also tried one of their many lotions, as they offer small packs for $ 3 for anyone not committed to a favorite lotion. I went with an Australian Gold brand and it’s left my skin super soft!
The tanning bed was clean and the rooms a comfortable size with room for your stuff and lotion application.
Overall, exactly what you’d hope for in a tanning salon with a nice modern feel and great staff to top it off!

I’m so glad my husband told me to come here for my tan. I wad going to carmel but when I was finished and she was done spraying me I looked at the color and I was amazed, she was nice and quick and totally did my tan evenly I will get a monthly plan here cause its super affordable. I’ll be back!

I didn’t get the name of the gentleman I spoke with just now… but if he is the owner this place will be around for a long time. He was very helpful and extremely friendly even at 7:30 am. I will be definitely renewing my tans here. Also they have a great selection of lotions and it is SUPER clean

I love this tanning salon. Their beds are so clean and up to date and the staff is so friendly too. They also have great high pressure beds that get you shades darker in one session. What I love most about this place is that you can visit any of their 3 locations and they have a location in South Salinas open on Sunday’s. hands down I’m a very happy customer!

The people here are friendly and informative about tanning. Best of all, they have good beds and are affordable!

Tristan know what he’s doing when it comes to spray tans. I recommend all my friends to go get sprayed here. I got the longest lasting and most even spray tan for a very fair price. Will be coming back

I have been to all three locations and have had nothing but great service every time. Tristen and Mandy are both the nicest people ever and will go above and beyond for customer satisfaction along with the rest of their staff! The beds are always clean and the best beds out of anywhere else I have gone in the area. I love that you can tan at any location and there is no extra fee for that either as well as no extra fee for going over a certain amount of minutes. The only reason I have not been in for a few months is because I moved out of the area [ :(I miss you guys]but have yet to find somewhere else to go where I now live. I loved being able to upgrade to the high pressure on Fridays for $ 5 and being able to ask any questions about getting the best tan without feeling dumb. I always felt like any products I bought that were recommended were great and even though I didn’t want to spend top dollar and told them what my budget would be, they still were able to recommend great products that I was happy with.

So happy the same owners from Glamour Glow in Salinas bought this one as well. I live in Watsonville where there are only 2 places to tan. One is spray tan only, and the other must be strictly for the rich and famous… waaaay out of my league. I work in Marina and Monterey, so this is perfect for me. Customer service rocks just as it does at their Salinas location. Looks like I’m gonna be tan again in no time! :)

I have been going to this salon for months now and I love it. The beds are always clean and hot. The staff is very knowledgable and attentive. They are still renovating but I’m willing to be patient because I know it’s going to be amazing.

Everyone who works here is sooo nice and helpful! All beds have new bulbs and give amazing color! Prices are good (deff get your moneys worth!!) my favorite place to Tan when im in the area! Best Tanning Salon in Monterey County if you ask me!

This is probably my favorite place to tan. The prices are extremely high but you do pay for what you get. The staff all have no personality or customer service skills. Although the owner, Tristan, is very kind and understanding. Just yesterday, I went to tan at 6:30 and the worker saw me walking towards the door and turned off the «Open» light. That was very rude of her. You guys close at 7, NOT 630!!! Other than that, this place is very clean and I would recommend going here.

Under new management… again! So far, so good. The rooms and beds are much cleaner, the new staff is much friendlier & the the deals are competitive. Keepin’ my fingers crossed and looking forward to seeing more improvements in the near future.
