Islands

We stopped in Seaside to indulge in a bit of retail therapy and popped into Islands. They have an interesting mix of touristy style knicknacks and tidbits but I was floored by their beautiful hand carved wooden chests! They had a ton of styles, some simple, others ornate and detailed. They were gorgeous and would be a perfect holiday gift! We were traveling down the coast so I knew that I couldn’t buy anything but I spoke to the girl behind the counter and she was not only very nice but helpful as well. She directed me to their website to check out their other chests. If you are looking for a special gift, these chests are worth a peek. They are well made, very pretty and look very expensive without the hefty price tag!
