SurfSide Inn

What a cute little old place this is! It was clean and cheap and accepted our dogs! I loved how close it was to the beach and the rooms were way better than expected for the rate. The room had a flat screen TV with cable, a mini fridge and a microwave. It was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back! We are looking forward to our next beach trip!

I received the following message from Surfside. I am not interested in bribes. I am not willing to trade my convictions for cash. The purpose of Unilocal is for the public to post their reviews so that others may benefit from input regarding past experiences. That being said, if Surfside is remodeling and is committed to regularly CLEANING their guest rooms from now on, that should be reflected in future reviews of others. I do wish your new business the best, it has a lot of potential.

I noticed that you had mentioned in your ad that it was the last room and that was one of our worst rooms as we just took the hotel over a few months ago and have re-​done about 4 rooms so far. It seems unfair to write this kind of review and not mentioned anything to us or our manager before checking out. We are more than glad to refund the money if you had that bad of a time there. If you give us a second chance in one of the nicer rooms I am sure it would be better. That said if you are up for removing the review that you wrote on that one room.
