I’m from buffalo, came to this bank to get $ 10 in quarters AND to try to open an account and was turned away because I didn’t have an account for the quarters. The front desk woman was extremely rude and made me look like I had 3 heads when I asked for information on promotions they had at the time. I was totally turned off on opening an account with them. Poor costumer service if you ask me.

I stop in here from time to time on the way to the light rail to hit Seattle .
I could not get my card to open the door the first two trys .
the times I stopped in when they were open the customer service seems to be lacking .
since the name change/​buy out I really don’t like CHASE it could be the extra fees they are now charging for stupid crap
