Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I only give this to my last rental. I was in Seattle. A few weeks a go. It was very hot. The AC didn’t work in the car I got. It was a business trip and I got very warm despite all the windows being open. Not a great experience. I told the guy who checked me out and he didn’t even acknowledge that it was not the greatest experience for me. It was an expensive rental as well. I rent from these guys a lot.

Very friendly stuff, good choice of the car, and yes, I went back to replace Subaru that didn’t quite meet my expectation. No questions asked and I drove Jeep out in just a few minutes.
One of the best places to look for rental car!

I travel several times a year and tried many of the lower priced, discount car rental agencies at SeaTac. The money I saved is not worth it. Enterprise check-​in is quick, the agent on the garage floor is friendly and efficient and the return are seamless. I love that I can pick from a selection of cars and request specific features.

We rented from Enterprise for 14 days! Awesome service, no pressure to purchase extras. They did ask if we wanted a larger SUV. They asked if we wanted the extra insurance. Never felt pressured. Got the car we reserved. Everything went smooth, from the top side where they gave us an additional driver for free, to pick-​up which was smooth with Tanner. I would gladly rent from them again. Made our trip smooth and enjoyable. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service! Free upgrade to a sports car! Very inexpensive to rent from Enterprise last weekend, as it only cost me $ 65 for a 3-​day rental!!! Super easy returns. I cannot say enough great things about my overall experience renting from these guys at the Seatac location.

I was very disappointed with the service I received at this Enterprise location upon picking up my vehicle. On a recent business trip, I advised both the desk attendant and garage attendant that my company (government) policy forbids me from accepting any insurance or service charges beyond the basic vehicle rental rate. Both attendants stated that they understood my concern and assured me that I would not be charged for such.
When I dropped off the vehicle at the end of the trip, the vehicle return attendant asked me about my experience with Enterprise. I told him that I had no problem with the vehicle and that I was very appreciative that both the desk and garage attendants didn’t pressure me into purchasing additional services after I explained my company’s policy on rentals.
By this time, the return attendant had already printed my receipt, which included around $ 100 of additional (unauthorized) charges. He immediately took the receipt back and explained that his colleagues had in fact placed additional charges on my rental, for which he apologized. He then had another attendant reverse the charges.
While I appreciate the return attendant’s honesty and quick action, I feel as if I was lied to by one or both of the first two Enterprise employees who assisted me during the vehicle pick-​up process.

I frequently rent cars for various reasons. More than 15 times a year. This weekend we needed a truck to go camping. I have a Malibu so getting a cooler in the truck was a no-​go. I am fairly happy with prices. I had a few problems with this rental, but Enterprise is getting 5 starts because of their attention to make things right. I get that a company cannot be perfect, but customer service is all about being fair and understanding and for this enterprise wins!

The Sea Tac Enterprise staff is just the best. They are always there with a smile, and so easy to work with. If they don’t have the car you wanted they will upgrade at no cost, or if you are unhappy when you return they will give you upgrades in the future. I love this and their willingness to make the customer happy. Absolutely the only company to work with at Sea Tac!

We rented a high end SUV, ford expedition. The car was basically new with a lil over 1000 miles. Trish who helped us is sweet and tried to accommodate us.
Our 3 issues — my husband is a big guy and likes a seat belt extender for comfort– they do not offer any.
2^nd we asked for a toll pass or a way to sign up for one. The one in Texas you can add and pay a onetime service fee. Here you pay $ 5 each time you go through a toll plus the toll charge.
3^rd — after returning the vehicle I realized I left my sunglasses. I went to the desk and the rep said I would have to go downstairs, locate my vehicle which she didn’t know where it might be, and then search for my glasses. When we checked in she was able to notify them downstairs and they were waiting for us, so I am not sure why she didn’t want to help by calling them and locating the car and advicing them I left my sunglasses. Needless to say I didn’t go through all the time and hassle to retrieve my sunglasses.
It gave me the impression once you are done renting they are done with you.

I would have given this place 5 stars. They did everything to make sure I was happy — the associate gave me a free upgrade on the SUV I wanted because there was nothing on the lot under the «intermediate» selection that I liked. The associate sold me on the full coverage insurance, because it really makes sense to have it.
The discrepancy was the price he quoted me on the cost of the added insurance. He had said that the cost was (not exactly) around $ 45 added to the rental fee. I was on board! When I returned the SUV a week later, I came to find out that the $ 45 I was quoted was the cost per day, not per the entire week I had the SUV. It almost double the cost of the rental. It about gave me a heart attack.
Bottom-​line, the manager honored the $ 45 (as the total cost of the insurance) an apologized for the confusion. I really want to give them 5 stars (and they deserve it) because they did everything to make me happy. You have to make sure they’re specific with you when it comes to added costs.

I’ve had more issues with this place than ever before. I’ve rented 3 times in the past 6 months and each time there are extra charges added on my bill.
They always are apologetic but it seems shady that they’re trying to get away with it in the first place.
My last interaction was with Tanner where he rented me a car, increased my price, and didn’t tell me until I returned the car.
I didn’t ask for an upgrade, I took the car he gave me. My reservation was substantially less than the final price.
Don’t think I’ll be renting here any more.

Was finally called by a manager and the situation was remedied. Will be going back, I had excellent experience with the manager I spoke with (Bryan Duncan). He knows what proper customer service is. Still 4 stars rather than 5 because I’m weary of our last experience, but we will be using Enterprise SeaTac on our next Seattle visit. Will update review again after!

What a waste of time. I’m an enterprise plus member with valid rental history and these jerks refused to rent to me on a one way rental because I didn’t have a utility bill with me. Yet they verified my home address in OR. So incompetent its shocking

I called in for an reservation, The guy is very rude and snobby. Doesn’t look like want help at all. this is the most rude customer service I ever heard. Please use other rental company never use this company.

I use Enterprise every time I need a vehicle rental during travel. It doesn’t matter if it’s been a local/​regional office or a huge airport facility like Seatac, they have always had the vehicle I reserved, and in great condition. Every time I’ve used the Seatac facility, they’ve upgraded me at no cost from their huge selection of cars. I always get to select the exact vehicle and color that I want (within the upgrade category).
I also want to comment on how awesome/​thorough their return experience is. They have the perfect balance between being super fast (hey, we’re at an airport, right?) and yet totally interested in knowing about your experience with the car. They perform their check-​ins very efficiently. Personally, I’ve never had an issue with a car itself, so I can’t attest to their problem-​solving abilities in that regard, but I *have* left things in the cars before and they did their best to locate the items, even after the car had gone out to a new customer. Oh, I can’t forget to mention they always help with my ridiculously overpacked luggage.
People enjoy feeling like they are valued as a customer, yeah? At Enterprise (Seatac or otherwise), that is definitely what I have always experienced. I will continue to use … absolutely no reason not to.

I travel A LOT and rent cars A LOT. Unlike airlines I don’t care where I rent cars from. I also tend to get cabs at Sea-​Tac since the traffic and weather can be stressful. :)
Now because of this experience I am going to always choose Enterprise. It was so easy to get to the rental center and the process was fast and easy. I like how Enterprise has a two step process so I am not out at the car by myself and can ask questions about it. Gabby helped me and she is a rockstar. Personality plus and knowledgeable. I got an Altima which I got to choose (I really liked it). Immaculate and comfortable.
When I checked back in Trevor helped me, again a really great professional.

I’ve used this car rental agency multiple times and in multiple cities. The Seattle counter is one of the best I’ve dealt with. The staff are always friendly and efficient getting me in and out of the airport rather than wasting time in line and asking for clearly undesired upgrades.
The cars are always clean and ready for use. On more than one occasion I’ve even received a complementary upgrade (which is nice since my business usually forces me to reserve a compact car).
I’d be happy to use these guys not only for my professional but personal use.

My university offers great discount for renting cars at one local enterprise store. I used to rent cars from that place and gradually became a loyal member of enterprise. While different enterprise branches might have completely different levels of service, I am very satisfied with this one at Seattle-​Seatac International Airport.
I decided to rent a car half hour before I actually got the car. I made the online reservation at the airport and went to the counter. The woman there was friendly and very fast. It only took about 2 mins for her to set up everything for me and let me go to the garage. The guy at the garage offered me three options and recommend the newest car to me. The car ran awesome and I had a very good time with it in the city. When I returned the car later that day, they even waived the gas difference as I did not use much. Overall I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely come back to enterprise if I visit Seattle again!
