FinishLine Detail

I just returned from vacation and no better way to get back home than to a beautiful, clean car! I have a white car so it is always pretty dramatic after a wash but the inside was incredible. I immediately noticed the nice smell and washed floor mats. Every nook and cranny was spotless — and trust me, that is a lot of spilled coffee to clean. :P Thank you FinishLine for the great detail! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends when they go to travel. Very convenient to use the shuttle service from MasterPark to and from the airport and no wait time to get your car done.

I think the Finishline detailing offer through Masterpark must be some kind of sick joke. I travel quite a bit and over this past four — five months I have dropped off my car and requested the full detail or a full wash treatment on four different occasions. Three of those trips were a week or more long, so they had ample time to complete the work.
Each time the car was returned with no washing or detailing done, none. The first three times they didn’t even bother to include a note explaining why, just didn’t do anything. The fourth time they left a note stating they need 48 hour advance notice to schedule a full detail, and didn’t know how to contact me to arrange a partial service (and didn’t bother to call the mobile number from their drop-​off form).
The irony is each subsequent time I drop the car off, I remind them they have been messing up, but that doesn’t seem to do anything productive.
To their credit, they didn’t try to charge me, but seriously, it is obviously bit foolish and annoying to fill out the extra Finishline form each visit and have no action taken.
I wish I could provide feedback on their wash or detailing service, I hope others are actually getting service done, I do see people in the garage washing cars, so someone is getting work done –maybe washing their own cars :-).
Btw, no complaints about the main Masterpark service beyond this inability to schedule/​transfer a car. The shuttle, parking, people are always awesome (5 stars).
