Whenever im in the mood for ihop, this is my only go to location. Food takes some time to arrive to the table but the staff is always friendly. Can’t complain much.

I came here for the same reason everyone else does «because it was open». I assume IHOP is deserted during regular business hours. Service was fine if a little indifferent. I was pleased to see that IHOP still puts a full carafe of coffee on the table. The food was fine but as usual it looked pretty pathetic compared to the photos on the menu. The whole experience was basically what anyone would expect from an IHOP; better than Denny’s, not as good as Black Bear Diner.

I love iHop and the waitress I had was not the best, but once the manager realized that I was waiting he took over my table and made it personal. I will be back to this one when I come back to Seattle.

Every time I have been to this IHOP, I receive excellent service, the food is great, and the restaurant is clean. The staff helps each other out and there is a definite teamwork mentality. Even on the weekends, the wait time is worth it… highly recommend.

PROS: FAST service. Good food.
CONS: Staff are somewhat off and we felt bad when my family and I ordered food and ask the waitress to take a photo of us and she just said that she was so busy and if she could just take it when she’s done. Rude. No specials for the birthday person. Very salty bacon.

I was thoroughly surprised by this place. The staff was very friendly. The salad was surprisingly delicious and fresh. The turkey dinner was ok. Not the best, but certainly not bad. The place seemed very clean. Would definitely come here again if I stay near here in the future.

Very busy when my mother and I entered. We put our name down and were told a 10 minute wait. 15 minutes later we were seated in a full packed room. Sadly next to a party of 6 with a screaming baby that would not shut up and the parent did nothing. Very rude.
We ordered our food and drinks very quickly. Our drinks arrived in less than a minute. Our food arrived 7 minutes later, freshly cooked, hot and exactly as desired.
Decent place as expect.

The service was the best I’ve had on my two week vacation and the food was just as good. Only issue I had was that my eggs were a little too runny and undercooked.

Rancho Mirage, CA
I generally don’t eat at places like IHOP but we stayed at the hotel across the parking lot (Sleep Inn), so we went for the convenience. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh high quality ingredients. I had the cobb salad and the greens were very fresh and full of deep greens and color (not the usual iceberg or pale romaine). It was reasonably priced too. Wish our IHOPs in Calif were as good. Service efficient and pleasant.

Grave yard shift worker service was unacceptable. She took over an hour to get my food. «She claimed she felt like she was about to be robbed.» And then she ignored me and other tables only occasionally coming by. If I was of a shit headed temperament I would have ate and walked away.
I would fire her ass. I’m not kidding. Hire more competent people.

Clean clean sterile appearance, food better than average.
Kids meal with milk over seven bucks, I thought that a little high. My breakfast with coffee over seventeen dollars! Yikes! Twenty five plus tip?
In a pinch? Fine. Planned meal? Lot better available for the same prices or less.

Good place for breakfast, especially if you feel like having breakfast at any time of the day or night. Tasty omelettes and a great variety of pancakes and french toast. I like how they have new special items on there menu that they change here and there.

Stayed overnight in Seattle and they’re right in the parking lot of my hotel. honestly, I wasn’t that excited about eating there because when I was growing up it was pretty much the same thing as Denny’s — cheap and crappy. I went in there tonight and was blown away that everything was so fresh and quality. Fresh Ramin lettuce salad (not iceberg and croutons). but with quality non slithery bacon and whole wheat. Very cheap, considering the quality. It was about $ 12. The service was nice and FAST. I would highly recommend them… Also, they have much more than pancakes!

This place is like a well oiled machine… especially on Sundays! I never wait as long as they say, tables are cleaned off within 2 minutes of leaving (I timed them!). And I do mean clean! No sticky residue or crumbs are left! Staff is always smiling and friendly… and even remember my face! Before they got the Simple & Fit menu, they even remembered what I ordered when I came in… including all substitutions! I’ve never had a bad experience here. Wait… they just did a table in under 2 mins! I blinked and they were already seating another family! You guys (and gals!) rock!

Came here for dinner with the family. We had a party of 8: 7 adults and 1 child. We were seated right away and were given menus to looked at and later our waters.
With less than 5 minutes, our waiter came back to take our order. He didn’t even asked we’re ready or if we needed more time. It felt like he was in a rush, like he just wanted to get it over with and go home. Also, I don’t know if he was joking around or not but if he were, he’s jokes aren’t even funny. Not only that, but it also seems like he just doesn’t care at all. Food was okay and it came in a timely matter.
Overall, customer service sucks but food is okay. I won’t be back for awhile.

One of my friends and I went there for breakfast today. First they did not bring part of the food we had ordered. Then we were asked to leave because had been taking too long to eat. The bathrooms were so bad that they could not be used prior to eating or there would have been no appetite.
The manager was rude when he asked us to leave as if we were hassling him or purposefully staying at the table.
When I asked for his name so I can complete the survey, he would not write it so it could be read. He was very angry that I was asking for his name.

This was very close to our hotel so very very convenient. We were not expecting what we saw upon entering. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN!!!
Before the door shut, we heard a little voice say «be right with you»…that was nice. Our waitress, Joy, arrived and was pleasant as can be. I mentioned that this place was clean, one manager was going around checking under the table for gum. OMG… I don’t EVER remember seeing any place doing that. Another manager had a flashlight looking for dust on picture frames and stuff.
I could continue much more. Take my word for it… this is the best Ihop I have seen… EVER. Oh and our waitress «Joy» is awesome.
