Love their Che Suong Sau– but they need to put a little less ice hahaha. I was so sad to hear they no longer serve frozen yogurt, taro was my favorite! The store itself is quite messy and could use some cleaning. Although the service is a bit slow, the employees are very friendly and kind!

I like their bubble teas n Vietnamese coffee. Their sandwich actually got better now. Only bad thing bout this place is very slow service. To make just 1 sandwich and a bubble tea takes them 15minutes. Price of bakery is good deal plus they don’t charge tax, but they do charge 45cents if you use debit/​credit card under $ 10.
