Amante Pizza & Pasta

Delivery took almost an hour and a half. The delivery guy could not find the front door and I ended up having to walk half a block to find him. The delivery guy also had a spider crawling in his hair and smelt so horrible with extremely dirty hands and nails. The pizza was cold and there was a fly tied up in the bag for my salad I totally lost my appetitive. and ended up throwing my whole meal away. I totally lost my appetite.

Food is okay. I like Salad and pasta. However, they gave us bad sour cream. They always fuck it up my orders for delivery. Also, their delivery men are super rude. They always ask tips even they don’t try to be nice. One day they rung doorbells millions of time so fast. What kind of customer service is that. I’m so disappointed about it.

We love Amante! Their salads are always fresh, and we enjoy their wide variety of gluten-​free and low carb options. Delivery is usually pretty fast and always accurate.

I have ordered take out from this location a couple times. The food is always kind of under cooked and soggy but it is ok when you are taking finals and don’t feel like cooking. Today they placed no feta on my feta cheese fries. When I called to see if they could take the charge off they told me they couldn’t and hung up on me without offering any other way to resolve the problem. I will never eat here again, mediocre food, horrible customer service.
I am extremely disappointed and probably won’t even return to the Renton location I usually go to with my family either.

The potato skins are some of the best I have ever had… and I’m a potato-​aholic!

I had a small Ceasar’s Special pizza. Since I love roasted garlic I asked for that and got an abundance of them on my pizza :). I like the crust too. I ate at the Capital Hill/​downtown one on Olive Way. This one is the closest to where I live now. Just got a flyer in the mail. Might get some free breadsticks w/​my next order of a medium pizza, either Thai or Caesar.

The pizza here is great, the salads are wonderful as well! Mari was so welcoming and helpful when my family came out from Colorado! She was able to get us a big enough table for all of us when we decided to change from take-​out to dine-​in. I highly recommend it here :)

I’m glad we had some remnants in the fridge. It took over an hour for the delivery (they quoted 45 mins). The next day food experience was fair.

So bad. Amante Special delivered .5 mile away from the store. Undercooked, soggy crust. Toppings slid off the crust, which fell apart. Oh, and they have never learned how to cut a pie allthe way thru. Nothing good to say about this $ 26 pizza.

Overall a pretty mediocre experience. In my opinion, their food isn’t worth their prices.

I love the food and the service is great. There are many unique options for pizzas and too many sides to list. The Alfredo sauce on the side with an order of bread is worth the weight gained.

Highly, highly disappointed to the point where my boyfriend is currently calling for a refund. We ordered a 10″ hawaiian pizza and a 12 piece hot buffalo wings. They failed to cut the pizza, which sounds like an annoying complaint but that should just be excepted. The whole pizza wasn’t really cooked and the rubbery cheese fell right off, exposing the lack of canadian bacon. More importantly, we couldn’t eat more than two of the chicken wings. They tasted like they were boiled and surrounded by fat more than meat. Absolutely horrible. I hate writing bad reviews but please spend your money elsewhere.

I give this a C. We ordered penne pasta with marinara, didn’t really care for the marinara. Perhaps it’s standard sauce, just meh. We both liked the spaghetti with meat sauce much better, but nothing to write home about. Tried the jalapeño poppers– not great, but to be fair, they were delivered, so not right out of the fryer. Honestly, costco makes better ones — these were tough skins, low-​zing, high-​breading. Wouldn’t order those again. We might order pasta from them again tho, but that’s because they deliver!

Just tried this place for the first time. It was great. Awesome service, great priced food. Kids loved it and we left full and anticipating our next visit. Inside is a little ran down but I’m sure it’s because the building is so old. Everything was clean and relaxing.

Decent pizza but really greasy. Side salad is a generous size and had lots of toppings. Baklava is flaky and delicious and not too sweet.

Best pizza in Seattle. No question.

The food is still great. The people who deliver should NOT be «the face» of a restaurant. Your delivery people don’t know «customer service» from their butts in a hole in the ground. No, next time I’m NOT going to tip and sign prior to being handed the food. I’ll, gladly, pay for the food, NOT for the service. «Service» is earned… not with a chronic asshole personality. You’re people need to learn how to EARN a rave review. The service is shit. It used to be as good as the food. Seriously, I say «Hi» (after opening the door) and YOUR creep of a delivery douche who, btw, can’t even look me in the eyes despite his glasses can ONLY say, ««DO YOU HAVE A CARD OR NOT?»

Wow. They want you to wait outside for the delivery guy if their busy. What’s the point of having something delivered? No thanks not to mention they’re rude

Horrible! Be aware the food is average and the portions are small for the price. One of our dishes really was about a cup of noodles soaking in a cup of butter. There was more butter than noodles. No flavor but butter/​oil. More disappointing is that I called to let them know this was not a real dinner portion and I was told the cook said he knows he served 8oz’s of pasta. Save your money and boil spaghetti noodles at home! Taking this place off my EAT24 delivery list.

I like this location for a number of reasons. First and foremost, it’s usually not busy when I go here. I like not having to wait for a table or circling the block for a parking spot.
I find the prices to be reasonable. For instance, my dinner tonight was $ 60 before tip for three adults and three 8-​year olds. We ordered a large cheese pizza for the kids, an extra large Amante Special, large Caesar salad, and a pitcher of soda.
I really like the Caesar salad here. The lettuce is the right size, croutons are small, there is a slight tang in the dressing, and a squeeze of lemon tops it off. The pizza is decent. I prefer thin crust but am often overruled by my family so it’s nice we can agree on Amante. In terms of other dishes, I like the lasagna, calzones, and spaghetti.
Customer service has always been good. TIP: Watch the mail for coupons. I got $ 10 off $ 35.
