We have had their service for several years now, and to be honest, I would rather cut down a tree myself for paper and squeeze my own octopus for the ink than use them. Sadly, we are under contract and can’t get out. I’ve had a lot of experience with copier services — but this beats them all when it comes to poor customer service. They have cheated us, blatantly lied to us, and made/​broke promises over and over just to save a dime, at the expense of our company. They sent us invoices over a year old — and demanded payment, and have had to come and work on our printer over 25 times in 3 years. When requesting a repairman, we always have to check back in, sometimes more than once — since we do not receive a response. Spend your money elsewhere — where the customers actually do matter.

We needed to get an abnormally large sign printed and only had an afternoon to do it. We tried Kinko’s and it was going to be fairly pricey with limited customization. ARC was recommended to us by a business colleague and thank goodness for that. Aaron was phenomenally helpful and a delight to work with, going well out of his way to ensure we made our deadline. The sign came out perfectly and we’ll certainly be back.
