Connect Printing is the best print shop I’ve come across. They’re with you 100% of the way to make sure that you are 150% satisfied with the finished product. Simply amazing!!!

Simply said, I have been working in print media for over 20 years, and I have never encounters a more helpful, knowledgeable and affordable team to work with.
In project management there is a saying: You can have it fast, you can have it cheap, or you can have it quality. Pick two.
Somehow, these folks have managed to deliver all three consistently!

I called Connect before taking a 300+ page manuscript in for printing, and Damon told me in a friendly, helpful way that my off-​brand version of Word might not print out predictably on the company’s equipment. He was correct. But instead of shrugging, he sat down immediately with my file and spent more than an hour solving every weird problem — lost page numbers, inexplicable spacing — that showed up in the first printout. Another employee joined in with useful suggestions (everyone at Connect was really pleasant). The second printout looked great. «What do I owe you?» I asked. Damon re-​quoted his original, extremely reasonable price, which I thought was ridiculous given the level of service. «We didn’t get it right the first time,» he explained. I prevailed on him to at least bill something for all of his extra time. The bill was still modest. I happily recommend Connect Printing without reservation. Best printing experience I’ve ever had.

I had to create a Unilocal account just to write this review, something I’ve not wanted to do before, but I couldn’t think of a better way to say thank you.
This morning I needed to make some copies and google maps said they were the closest to my location. Upon entering, I quickly realized they are not your average self-​service copy shop. When I asked if they knew of one in the area, they asked me about my print job. I explained that my cat had been missing for 5 days and I needed to make copies of a flyer to post in my neighborhood. Damon asked if I had an electronic version (rather than make a copy of a copy), which I had on my computer. Steven game me a USB key to put in on and they proceeded to make me 50 copies on the spot.
I didn’t have any cash or my checkbook with me (had planned to pay by card) — they told me not to worry and wished me well in my search. I’d had a rough week and on top of everything, my cat had gone missing. Their extraordinary kindness meant a lot and I now know where I’ll be taking any future print jobs! I encourage you to do the same.

The people here are extremely friendly! I was on my way to an interview down the street when I realized I had forgotten my dam resume (I know!) and pulled them up as the closest location. I walked in and explained my situation and the women up front quickly gave me her seat and computer access, which I’m sure they don’t normally do, and let me print out of her printer. This was just a random act of kindness on their behalf, because they didn’t even charge me. But I had to write a review and share their kind gesture! Very sweet people, exceptional customer service! Thank you!

I have been using The Copy Machine for all my print jobs for 6 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, service, price and organization. My jobs have always been done on-​time or earlier. The staff are caring and considerate and pay close attention to details. I appreciate the ability to go into the facility and communicate my project details with the person who is actually printing my job! They are a great team and I always feel confident that my job is going to look great!

My fiancé and I used The Copy Machine to print our wedding invitations, RSVP cards and save the dates. The staff was extremely helpful in determining ideal paper size, weight and color. Prices were very reasonable and turnaround time was fantastic.

OK, this is awesome.
First — the staff is happy. They clearly love their work, which translates into caring about your job coming out right. Which it does.
Second — they are a versatile full-​service print shop. Business cards, outdoor banners, books (perfect and spiral bound, with or without tabs and dividers), and they can help you bring your concept to completion.
Third — they don’t mind if you walk in to talk about your project.
These are professionals who do excellent work at reasonable prices. I use them, and you should, too.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff here.
When I brought in a large print job, they gave me a loose ballpark of when it would be done. They were very clear that it was ballpark, so I had very clear expectations when I left the shop that it could take a hair longer than what we talked about. (To be clear, they talked about a two-​day turnaround for a large job– very fast.) Yesterday afternoon, they called to check in about the loose deadline we had originally talked about. They asked if it would be ok to take one more day, wanting to make sure that was something I was comfortable with. If I wasn’t, they could try to sort it out. Of course it was ok 1) because it was a mere three-​day turnaround instead of two-​day turnaround– still extremely timely and 2) because they had been very clear up front that day we talked about was a ballpark, and they in no way guaranteed that it would be possible to have it done that fast.
I was very impressed by their thorough communication from when I walked in the door until I got that phone call yesterday afternoon. It says a lot about them that they would take the time to give me a call and talk things through. On top of all that, they’re friendly. Really good impression of these guys.

I can’t say enough good things about the Copy Machine and the people that work there. I am a graphic designer and they are perfect for all my digital printing needs. The customer service is excellent and there is nothing that they can’t do for me. They also give good advice if you need a specific type of paper or material to print on. Great PMS coloring matching, they have even found typos and corrected them for me (embarrassing)! I highly recommend them for any digital printing needs!!!
