Armonia Bodyworks

I was referred by a friend to try this place for a massage. I had a massage this past weekend and am very critical about service. the atmosphere was great and had no complaints about the service. Bobbie got all my knots out from stressful work week, was very professional, well groomed, clean short nails, and I would def return!

I have been seeing Kathryn for a few years now. As an athlete, my body is often in need of some deep tissue massage. Kathryn has consistently been able to massage out the aches and pains. Chronic problems are less intense and respond to her techniques. She listens attentively to my needs and works the areas that need the most attention. I am fortunate to have someone so responsive working with me.

I had the same experience as J.K. I was not impressed at all. I think we had the same therapist, Bobbie. I felt her fingernails throughout the whole massage. She basically just rubbed lotion/​oil on my legs for the leg part of my massage. She started with massaging my feet and ended the massage with my face. Uh, Gross! I don’t think she was very experienced. I don’t think they keep customer service on their top priorities either.
All in all, it wasn’t enjoyable at all and I actually couldn’t wait for it to be over. I would NOT recommend coming here.

One of the massage therapist’s fingernails were long and painful.
I’ve had many massages and I never felt their finger nails. Therefore, I surmise, massage therapists usually have short nails. Well, not this one — apparently when deciding between customer service and gaudy nail fashion, they choose the latter.
The other massage therapist (Kat) was one of the best I’ve ever had.

I just had the best massage of my life tonight! I had an Amazon Local voucher and I made an appointment with Kathryn. She was so awesome! She worked all of the kinks out of my neck and shoulders. She really listened to what I said I needed worked on and got right to work! I loved being able to tell her what I needed and the pressure I liked, and she got ti, spot on. I left there so relaxed, I felt like I was floating on a cloud (and I know how corny that sounds). The atmosphere was clean, friendly and quaint and there’s great parking. It was a little tricky to find because it was dark out, but it’s connected to the chiropractic center, on the south side, on the bottom level. There is a sign on the street, but it is around the corner from the main parking lot.
I will say I was weary of going there, since I couldn’t find any reviews and sometimes these deal sites promote massage places that don’t know what they are doing, but I am not sorry! I will tell all of my friends about my great experience at Armonia Bodyworks!!!
I will be a returning customer, even without a voucher!
