How come you can not give a place zero stars? That is how badly i review this salon/spa. i drove into magnolia for nothing! really. literal nothing. i would give it minus stars given the choice. i booked an appointment last week, confirmed 3 – 4 times, tried to call the day of just to ask some questions-and never got a phone answer/response back. i actually drove out there despite fears of the mariner’s game traffic and found the shop, apparently, closed, for today. i say apparently because the owner hadn’t put up a sign indicating why the salon was locked up. i was a little relieved because the shop looked shady and i was really scared to go in. my sister even offered to stay with me(instead of taking our doggies to discovery park). i tried to front brave and told her i should be fine and kept knocking on the door, but, Unilocalers, i was praying fiercely on the inside to Jesus that no one would come to the door. luckily no one did, but i ended up wasting 10 bux of gas just making the trip and that really sucked. so for no service, bad follow up, and misrepresentation in advertisement, i give this place, reluctantly 1 star. i whole heartely endorse negative stars though and urge you never to go here and waste your time like i ended up doing! (same thing happened to my friend who had an appointment by the way). never go here. if to implore you with one more parting word, my friend used the term«crack den» when referring to her first impression of the place. CRACKDEN. CRAAACKDEEEEEN that should say it all
