Clean and cozy joint. Ordered the broken rice special which was advertised with signs and boards in front of the restaurant. Presentation was good and flavorful. Cons… Portions was very small compared to other restaurants for the price, otherwise would have given 3.5 stars. Overall a good dining experience for a small lunch.

Vermicelli dish was a bit dry and didn’t come with fish sauce or greens/sprouts. Good amount of beef and veggies. Good price at less than $ 8.
Waiter/cashier seemed a bit discombobulated and brought wrong orders to wrong tables more than once.
