Truly a hidden gem. Nestled deep in the University District is this wonderful little bar! Upon arrival I was greeted at the door personally by the owner (Ben), and was ushered to a private and quaint section of the bar. What really got me were the handcrafted drinks! Ben the bartender asked me my preferred liquor, and after saying «gin» he got to work. Probably the best Gin-​Gin mule I’ve ever tasted. Hand-​made organic ginger beer, organic mint leaves, and top shelf gin. After this delightful experience I asked Ben to bartend our Fourth of July party. Ask him to do a couple tricks for you (magic or flaring) and you will not be disappointed.
