Went down after a long run to check this place out. Pretty pricey for what you get — and the guy left out the ice in my smoothie. The wait was ~10 minutes so I just sucked it up and finished the smoothie as is – flavor was still great. They offer some amazing blends of truly GOODFORYOU foods. I will go back but only occasionally due to price.

Best Acai bowls ever! They may be expensive($ 9.80 after tax), but if you’re willing to splurge a little it is definitely worth it. Who said you can’t be healthy AND eat something delicious? I definitely felt like I was«cheating» on my health, but instead was treating my body well! They have a piano and kids area downstairs(which is great if you have kids, but could be not so great if you don’t). Cheers!

Everyone who works here is so nice! You know when you want juice full of the benefits of vegetables without tasting the vegetables? No? You’re a better person than I am. I asked for a recommendation the last time I went in, and I got the refreshing and really tasty Detoxifier juice. They also make the best salads-to-go that I’ve found. I got their spinach-quinoa bowl at Fresh Flours last week – a little pricey but super fresh and delicious!

I absolutely loved the SuperFoodie smoothie. It was delicious and I could really taste the cacao! I would come back to Blend Organic Juicery for smoothies again — although for the price(over $ 11 after tip for a 16oz. smoothie) and the calories, I would only do this as a meal replacement. Customer service was great — the guy who was working was very friendly and washed his hands before starting to help me. The space feels oddly big and stale, and feels repurposed rather than customized to their brand and needs. In short, it doesn’t fit. I wouldn’t want to sit down in the windowless shop to eat/drink but I highly recommend grabbing a smoothie to go!

Yay! I didn’t know there was on organic smoothie place in Ballard, I’m so happy I found it. When you’re watching your weight smoothies are a big help, and these are delicious. They also have salads and frozen entrees which I’m excited to try :)

Boyfriend and I made the trip for Valentines Day excited to try a new place that serves ultra healthy beverages. It definitely tasted healthy but didn’t taste that great. He got the Raspberry lemon which was too tart and I got the Kale Power which was okay. I’m sure their other items are much better but I won’t be back unless I’m in the area. Customer service: Walked in, the girl smiled and mouthed a hello while she multitasked helping another customer. We approached the counter to order and stood there a solid 5 – 10 min waiting to order and pay. She finally took our order, but no «how are you» «sorry about the wait» «be with you in just a minute» give your customers some kind of communication when they’re standing right in front of you at the register patiently waiting to give their money in exchange for your product.

OMG, I love BOJ! First of all Margery and Presley hand pick and train the staff to feed your soul with a warm smile and cheerful attitude when you come in – every time. Even better, the smoothies and juices are delicious and freshly made when you order. Next, this is the ONLY place that actually makes(daily) their own super delicious and fresh creamy coconut milk! It tastes WAY better than any canned or bottled variety. They add this secret ingredient to many of their smoothies for nutrition and light creaminess. Yum! The best examples of this are the Super Foodie and the Kale Power. Who knew Kale could actually ever taste good smoothie or otherwise. I ask for extra honey sometimes, depending on my lingering sweet tooth. Since it is now colder outside I’m also loving their fresh special carrot ginger soup. It also gets some of it’s creamy body from the coconut milk I mentioned earlier. An extra health/nutrition bonus is that it is prepared and kept at a special temperature that preserves all of the nutrition! When I had the flu recently this was the only thing my body craved! I believe it aided in my recovery. Other non-juice or non-smoothie items that I love are the Rawnola(non wheat variant of granola) that they add their fresh coconut milk your choice of super food berries to. Also their pesto salad is delicious. My favorite though is their nut based tacos in lettuce shells. Definitely an ongoing fave. Secret Off Menu items: I only know of one so far; but, that’s because I requested it and now they have the recipe stowed away(off the menu). It’s called Garrett’s Turbo Kick. BTW, I did not invent it I got from Jason Vale’s 5 Pounds in 5 Days juicing book and Presley(one of the owners) adapted it to the fruits he stocks. Now that I think about it that makes it original! And, it contains the most nutritious fruit on the planet that takes creaminess to the next level! It’s also considered a meal replacement; it’s that good for you! Ask them for it; I’m 99.9% sure you will love it, Everyone and I mean everyone has so far. Let me know what you think. Finally, I should mention they focus on mildly and healthy sweet rather than Ultra Insulin spiking sweet. Good health to all.

I love this place. The food is always very good and very interesting. I love the atmosphere, the music, the lighting, etc. It’s a great place to bring my laptop and come get some work done. I’ve had the ‘super foodie,’ the ‘peanut berry’ and ‘field of greens’ drinks. Today I had a sample of the quinoa porridge and i know I’ll come back for it. I love their food for the unique flavor profile. If you’re looking for a sugary smoothie this isn’t the spot. If you’re looking for a drink that pulls out natural flavors of the ingredients and blends them together in a subtle but delicious combination, then this is the place.

Seattle is big on boutique ice cream but quality, take-out juices and smoothies can be hard to find. Although the space is a little(underground) awkward, I’m a big fan of Blend. The blends are tasty and original(not the standard, super-sweet frozen banana-strawberry you find everywhere else), they have a nice choice of quality ingredients(chia, cacao, maca, etc.), and the staff(at least the young guy who always waits on me) is super nice. Real food! Thank you!

Hidden just below street level this place is a great find! I ordered a small raspberry lemon smoothie without honey. The guy working suggested another berry to make it less tart– he was right on. It was refreshing and not too bitter. Also, some cute local art on the walls and overall hip décor.

If you are craving a sweet, tart, refreshing Acai bowl… This is NOT the place. Forget blend, more like bland. Coming from Hawaii maybe my acai bowl expectations are just too high. But this was the worst acai bowl I have ever had. It had a soupy consistency, tasted like cardboard(was there any berries at all in it?), topped with WAY too much frou frou hippie bird seed granola(seriously 75% granola, 25% acai mix), and it cost a whopping $ 9. The best thing about the whole dang bowl was the sliced bananas! I kept looking at the ingredients on the board, then tasting the acai bowl. Ingredients stated– açai, blueberries, raw coconut milk, honey, raw gluten-free granola, banana, cacao nibs. Was it missing something? Why was it bland? My friend next to me looking just as puzzled said, «I just don’t understand!!!» Who knew acai could taste so horrible. Maybe the juices and smoothies here are amazing but save your taste buds and money, and do not order the acai bowl.

Love the rejuvenator, it’s really tasty and definitely my favorite. Great place to stop by if you’re at the market. The stairs are literally right next to the Blend sandwich board on the sidewalk. It is a dark place, but it’s quiet and the service is very friendly. No judgement here like some other juiceries that I’ve been to. Great grab and go place!

Try the Field of Greens or The Rejuvenator. I suggest that you try the juices rather than the smoothies. I had a raspberry smoothie that was a little on the bland side and had too many seeds. The staff and ambiance of the place is great.

Very disappointed — paid $ 7 for their Dragon Smoothie — almond milk, mango, raspberries, banana, no cashews. Sounds delightful, right? The smoothie was flavorless — all I could taste were mild hints of banana. I won’t be back here — the juice simply wasn’t worth the squeeze! Also, the location doesn’t help — the store is located downstairs in a basement with no windows or light, which doesn’t highlight a bright, natural, healthy juicery.

Yum! I don’t know if they’ve changed anything but hey weren’t hard to find(here was a sign out front) and the stairs weren’t at all«creepy»! Nice, open space — I’d love to find a reason to sit and hang out there for awhile(and go through a few juices.) The drinks are delicious. I had the«Field of greens», husband got«Beta Booster» and my son got the Peanut Berry smoothie.(I am going to replicate the smoothie at home — the peanut butter was not overwhelming, nice and subtle. And it wasn’t too sweet.) This place is going to be a regular weekly stop during Farmer’s Market trips!

I love that Blend is in both Ballard AND downtown Seattle. I’m in both neighborhoods frequently and its great to find a spot that serves all organic juices and smoothies! The staff at both locations are super friendly and welcoming and you can definitely tell they are passionate about their product and are charismatic to recommend drinks. My favorite drinks have been the beta boost(who knew beets could taste so good in a juice form?!) and the Flu shot. The flu shot is an amazing wellness shot that really gives a kick into your system! Love. I hope more people find out about this hidden gem!

Happy to finally have a juice bar in Ballard! This place is tucked down a slightly creepy stairwell between that Indian restaurant and the Carta de Oaxaca. You might walk by it if you weren’t looking. They open late on the weekends, which is always kind of a bummer when you are headed to the farmers market and want some green juice to offset poor decisions made the night prior. I’ve tried a few different juices(and their«flu shot» — a kick in the pants with ginger, lemon and cayenne) and all have been delicious and fresh. The prices are on par with the pre-bottled juices at PCC or Whole Foods and it normally takes about 5 minutes for them to make your drink. One piece of advice for the owners(whom I’ve met and are very sweet) — put a sign with your hours on the door! My husband and I have walked by many a time to see if they are open and the lack of a «storefront» and hours makes it easy to just keep walking.

What a wonderful addition to Ballard Ave! We stopped by post-workout for a snack to hold us over until lunch and our drinks were delicious. I have not jumped on the juice bandwagon and don’t see how anyone can live on juice for days at a time, but I can see drinking these often. We had a green juice made with a bunch of greens, but it also had pear and ginger for a hint of sweet. I can’t wait to get back and try a smoothie.
