Blueprint Athletic Performance

I am not a client of Blueprint Athletic Performance, but I have known the owner, Lou, for over 6 years.
I met Lou while working in a large chain gym in the California Bay Area. I had worked for this company longer than he had, and I ended up being his manager for awhile. I can tell you in the training world Lou is a man among boys. Working along side him and then as his manager I’ve seen multiple sides to Lou and he’s for real. His reasons to live is fitness, helping kids be healthy and helping them unlock their full athletic ability. Lou is the kind of trainer that trains trainers. I know this is a different kind of Unilocal review but I felt I had to say it. I wish there was more people In the industry that had his knowledge and philosophy. Hit him up! You can’t go wrong.

I would have to say this place is amazing. I believe that young athletes to reach their peek level should seek outside coaching so that that they can maximize their abilities. BAP has done an amazing job with my son, and his performance has increased just in the one month here. Simply amazing!
