As someone who is not motivated to work out, especially in the morning, I am so glad I signed up for this class. Greg is an awesome trainer. He really helps motivate me, and is so knowledgeable. I have learned a lot from each class. The workouts are great for any level and I feel great afterwards. It really jump starts my day! I would highly recommend this class and will return.

Level 11 will help you find your inner athlete! I’ve been working with Greg as a trainer on and off for the past eight months, and he balances tough workouts with the right amount of encouragement and drive! Level 11 pulls from different fitness methodologies(CrossFit, tabata protocal, strength skills, yoga stretching and agility, and more!), so the workout is never boring. In fact, you’re always learning new moves, body mechanics, and then being put to the test in an all-out timed«criterion». Level 11 adapts training to my individual goals, feeds my competitive nature, and makes me feel comfortable in strength training both using just my body weight as well as medicine balls, kettle bells, and more. On top of ALL of this, Level 11 is incredibly responsive to any questions I have regarding optimum nutrition and how to stay on top of my game outside of the boot camp training days. I recommend this to anyone who needs an extra push, isn’t afraid to be challenged, and is willing to discover their inner athlete. Come work out with me!
