One of my favorite things in the world is going out and having a sushi dinner, sitting at the sushi bar, and watching how all the food is prepared. I attended a party catered by boxing fish sushi and was truly impressed by the unique experience that this company offers. What I love the most about going into a sushi restaurant is the hustle and connection that the restaurant and sushi chefs offer. Kevin (owner and sushi chef) and his crew make this catering experience different and unique in a more interactive and upbeat presentation and bringing that traditional feel of a sushi restaurant into your home. Beyond the experience the actual food was beautiful in presentation and tasted fresh and delicious. We have plans to have them cater our next event. If you love sushi and want a fun and entertaining experience I highly recommend checking them out!

Boxing Fish is a one of a kind sushi catering experience! If you have a dinner party and need to impress you can go big with your very own onsite chef crafting delicious sushi to serve (also– within a certain budget as needed– which is really nice)
For that Seahawks party your hosting– you can even order platters freshly prepared and delivered. Boxing fish uses only the best sashimi grade products– so for those that eat sushi on the regular… you can really taste the difference. I would highly recommend Boxing Fish for your next event.

Their sushi is amazing. They catered a party I was at recently and did a very extravagant spread of roles, great for vegetarians and meat lovers. All the roles were made on the spot with fresh ingredients, and very friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope to have their sushi again soon.
