Sake in Seattle is wonderful. They host or provide support for events by educating everyone about Sake, Rice Wine. If you think Sake is just for sushi then you need to attend one of their events. The samples were generous and the information about the differences in different sakes was enlightening. It was a big part of a gallery opening I just attended. They are a great addition to charity events, business parties and networking events. What a fun way to add something different to an event.
