This little place is tucked into my warehouse park and I noticed they were always busy. Good reason for that as the food is solidly good and the people that work there greet you with a smile every time. Nothing fancy but just homemade good. Cookies go fast because all the workers in the nearby warehouses know how fresh they are daily. The kind of place that toasts the bread on your sandwich and asks about your day. These are the small businesses you want around.

Good place for breakfast. Food is always fresh! They make it after you order. Costumer service is very kind. Prices are decent. They’re are some things that are over priced.

They are a decent local lunch spot. They have Daily Specials which are a good value and their menu is somewhat diverse. Their soups are not the most flavorful, but they typically have a choice of two daily. Nothing special, but a good good choice considering it is in South Park.

They have the best sandwiches, I came here a while back during my lunch break, there were like 3 people ahead of me we all placed our orders and proceeded to wait. As we waited like 10 more people came in, 2 of the people that order before me had gotten their order. Another patron and I were still waiting about 20 mins had passed. I started to see other people receive there order and decided I would remind them I still hadn’t received my order. She assured me that it was being made. Mind you it was just a turkey sandwich with toasted sourdough. It usually takes them 10 mins max to make. At this point about 35 mins had passed the guy that came before me hadn’t got his order and I’m still see no signs of mine. I asked the guy how long you been here he said about 45 mins. I went back to the cashier and asked her if she even knew what I ordered. Its been almost 40 mins and people have came after me and left before me and I still haven’t seen my order. That’s when she began to look confused and fail to give a reason why I had not been served yet I decided to just get a refund and starve for the rest of my lunch while making a mental note not to ever come back here ever in life. Here’s the kicker. As I got to my car and was getting ready to pull off one of the workers ran out with my order. I told her it’s fine I already got my money back. She said«no no take it we’re so sorry for the mistake.» This is what made me come back time after time. And even give them a 4star review.

Ever have a random food craving that you just can’t get out of your thoughts? That was me today when out of no where I was jonesing for an egg salad sandwich. I spent the better part of the morning trying to talk myself into eating the frozen entrée I brought to work for lunch. By early afternoon I have up and started searching Unilocal for a nearby deli with egg salad on the menu. I am so happy I found Breaktime Deli and Café! I ordered an egg salad sandwich on wheat and they kindly offered to toast the bread for me. It was delicious! Lots of yummy egg salad stuffed between the bread. Perfect amount of mayo in my opinion(some places use so much mayo it overpowers the flavor of the eggs). Added bonus, it came with a pickle slice! I will definitely return for another sandwich soon. Thanks for satisfying my craving!

I recently started working in the neighborhood and have had to find all new lunchtime jaunts. Lunches around here are a far cry from what I’m used to in Bellevue… And thank god! Finally some flava! I’m only sanctioned about an hour for lunch so I’m usually looking for a good deal and something fast. Clientele is mostly construction workers, and daily regulars, which makes me think this place isn’t open on evenings or the weekends. There is ample seating, it’s clean and food is served SUPERQUICK! I’ve eaten the spicy chicken which had good amount of spicy, and very delicious as well as the bacon cheeseburger and both was very good. The burger came out tasty, with golden delicious crinkle fries– like mom used to make and real Heinz ketchup, not some off brand refilled in Heinz bottles. You can taste the difference. I’m a fan, LOVEIT!

OK, this is a weird one to review. But I really do like this little café that’s tucked into a warehouse complex in Seattle(that happens to house Bacon Salt World HQ in #A13). It’s not gourmet and not fancy at all, but everything is solid, from the burgers to the reubens and even the teriyaki. On some days, they have bulgogi, a delicious Korean beef dish, and when it gets cold they have Maria’s chili which is really tasty.
