Capitol Building Apartments

Awesome apartment building. From what I know they offer studios and one bedrooms with prices ranging from $ 740-​$ 940 a month. This includes utilities, ect. There are washer and dryer units in the building, they also offer storage. It costs $ 200 to own a cat or dog. That’s $ 200 for just one cat or many cats. The same goes for dogs. :)
The maintenance man is amazing! He’s usually around on weekdays until about 3−4pm. Once you tell him you need something fixed, he’s usually right on it with an amazing attitude. He’s got to be my favorite part of the building.
There aren’t any bug problems, though during the drilling of the light-​rail tunnels there were a few mice but that hasn’t been a problem in months. Most apartments have modern appliances, most also have A/​C, there are hardwood floors and reflective windows so people on the first floor don’t have to worry about people seeing inside.
All-​in-​all it’s a great building in a great neighborhood!
