Cascade designs has unparalleled customer service. MSR products are fantastic. I had a small problem with my backpacking tent and they replaced the needed parts on the spot. No questions asked: and with a smile. It is great to see that service and great attitudes still survive in this day and age. Thanks!

Though I didn’t realize it I have a couple different products made by Cascade Designs. I have a Therma-Rest, which I have had for years. It makes sleeping on the ground a much better experience. I also have a Tracks hiking stick/mono-pod. It was this item that sent me to the customer service department. I’ve had this hiking stick for more than two decades. In that time I’ve worked through the rubber tip and I’ve beaten the hell out of the knob. When I got on their website I saw they still had those types of replacement parts. But would they fit my very old stick? It took talking to a couple different people but I’m told they should still fit. The guy in customer service really surprised me then. He said, «Give me your name and address. I’ll send you what you need.» What!!! Real customer service!!! He never asked me for a credit card number. He never told me I had to go to one of the stores that sell Tracks replacement parts. He just heard what I needed and told me he’d send it. Because I was a customer. In 2014 this is almost unheard of. I have been very happy with both the products I own and I’m am even more happy with the customer service. Now that I know they value their customers, if there’s a product I need that they make, I’ll buy theirs.

Excellent customer service. I have a sleeping pad that lost air in the night and I hit the ground by mid night and had to blow it up. I was able to get someone on the phone right away and they were helpful and courteous. I sent the pad back and it was determined to not be fixable so they replaced it with a second at no cost except for the return shipping. I’m so happy to have a pad back to sleep on when I camp and backpack! The whole process of shipping to diagnostic to return shipping took less than 2 weeks. THANKS!

I have the Tracks walking stick. I have had it a looooong time. It broke. I called to get advice on how to dismantle the spring loaded slide and was told to send it in. I refused and tried to repair it myself. I found the part had fatigued and failed inside. When I called back to ask for the part, they said: «Please send it in». So I did. WOW! They replaced the broken part, cleaned up the stick and put a new handle foam on the top! I was shocked to get it back«Covered». I am so grateful. Thank you sales person 101001… Customer 22 loves you guys!!! Here is to many more years of fantastic hiking and mono-pod action!

I bought a Sweetwater water filter in 2001 and it has been great over the years. About a year ago it started leaking. I sent it in to Cascade Designs and under the lifetime warranty, the pump was replaced for free. Awesome!

I use to work here and it was the worst job ever. The management and supervisors treat the employees like animals. They hire a lot temps and the temps get treated worst. Instead of letting the employees have defected products, they throw them away. I would never buy anything from this company until they learn how to respect all the employees

Great company. Great products. I use the sleeping pad from therm-a-rest. This company is who make this product. This is the best sleeping pad ever. I sleep so well using this product. I have bought four pads from this company. These pads are the most durable pads I could find. Thanks for making a great product cascade.
