Central Barber

Troy did an excellent job putting together a trim cut during last-​minute afternoon appointment. The shop had a awesome vibe, Earth Wind & Fire on the stereo, great conversation, and a killer mascot in Cookie.

We took our 3-​year old son in for a cut and Troy did a great and very detailed job — even though our son was moving around a lot. Fast and friendly service and a clean and well decorated place.
The dog was not there when we were, but, seems like he’d be a fun addition.

These guys are great! I have been following Ronnel going on 7 years. He has mastered perfect lines for my former mohawk, fresh fades when I cut it all off, awesome beard maintenance, and always works out whatever crazy idea I conjure up next. This new shop is bright and friendly with good vibes, people, and good music. I have never been disappointed or even questioned my cut, it is always on point and they keep my hair looking fresh. A man searches for two things in life. A good woman and a good barber. I found my barber in Ronnel back in 2009 when he was at Rudy’s on Phinney Ridge. The bromance was instant. I followed him when he left for the Roosevelt Barber shop and I’ve followed him now as he open’s up his own place at Central Barber.
I don’t have the easiest hair to cut and Ronnel always gives it the proper care and attention to detail. He’s also quick to listen to the latest in my life and to debate about sports or music. He is exactly what a man needs in a barber.
If you don’t have YOUR barber, I suggest you make the trip to Central Barber and sit in Ronnel’s chair. Your hair will look great and your life will be better for it.
Oh…I did find the girl too and Ronnel made sure my hair was perfect and fresh for my wedding.

Used to be a barber myself, these guys can both cut any hair type and any style of hair. Clean, kid friendly enviroment, free coffee, good conversation and an awsome dog named cookie. Convenient to downtown and the south end. It inexpensive and you will get a better cut than any where else in the town for the money.

Ronnel is hands-​down one of the best barbers in Seattle. Literally just got my hair cut here, and feeling super fresh. The fade is always on point, the straight razor in the hardline part is a great touch, and makes my cut last a few more days before it starts looking overgrown. Ronnel crafts his own aftershaves, and they smell fantastic. The shop is beautiful, and has tons of natural light. And, to top things off, it’s also the home of the world’s most precious pup, Cookie!
