The Chase in my neighborhood (Greenwood) is awesome but this one just isn’t doing it for me. I had to go yesterday because the regular ones weren’t open after noon or 1PM or whatever it is on Saturday.
First off they wouldn’t let me withdraw money without my card (even though I knew my account number and social security number) which is understandable if it’s company policy.
However when I asked them to call corporate to report my card lost/​stolen, they handed me a card with the number and said «you can call them yourself.» I have NEVER been treated like that from any bank, not even Bank Of America which I detest! I will never return to this branch again.
By the way I COULDN’T call them myself because I don’t have a landline and lost my cell phone when I lost my wallet. I explained this to her and she just kind of shrugged me off. B****!!!
