With a convenient location only twenty yards from the Wallingford Inn you are sure to see (right out your front window) hookers chasing down clients to get their money, boys and girls of all ages doing a variety of drugs in their cars (and then driving off), and police officers always around just when you don’t need them. So come one come all to your own little piece of hell at the Chez Moni apartments. If you come while it’s light out and don’t look around the back corner, you may think it’s a lovely place. You may ask, who rents a two bedroom with this much square-​footage this close to such a fabulous Wallingford neighborhood? Well, Chez Moni does, and if you hang around until the weekend, you’ll find out why.
