My roommate and I are young professionals that lived here for a year. This apartment is in a nice location, but there is dishonesty with the utility billing. They claim the apartment is metered individually, but our water bill fluctuates from a mere $ 30.00 a month to $ 140.00. We were billed $ 140.00/mo when we were out of town for two weeks out of the month. The walls are extremely thin, and there is little privacy between units. The landlord is also inconsistent with the price quotes of parking among other things. Our unit flooded twice due to plumbing issues; it was tended to promptly, but still extremely inconvenient. For the conditions of this building, I would not recommend living here.
