Overpriced food that doesn’t hold together and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. There was algae in the bathroom sink. Based on that I will never be back to any shitpolte.

Sometimes all I want is a great burrito and it doesn’t even have to be authentic. I like the way it’s Americanized with cheese and all the other stuff that’s very unauthentic. I was happy that they have a cilantro lime brown rice as well. My friend invited me for lunch and we got there shortly after opening time. We both got the burrito bowls with chips and guac. The chips tasted slightly stale. But the food was great and just what I was expecting.

This is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. I absolutely love the customer service here! They are constantly checking up on you and just are so friendly and welcoming. I come here just for the customer service and how clean it is! Love it!

I guess if you like burritos the size of your fist and a teaspoon of $ 2 guac you can come here and be happy, see photo

The staff were all very young(maybe around high school age) and very disorganized and unprofessional. They had messed up multiple orders ahead of me. The glass barrier was taller than the usual chipotle restaurants so it was harder to communicate from staff to patron. I ate at the restaurant and my food was cold. Not pleased.

Chipotle is definitely my go-to snack/lunch/dinner type of food when I have no time to get anything else OR if I am in a rush and need food quick. The service goes by pretty quickly and is set up like you were to order something at Subway, except that this is Mexican food(tacos and burritos). At Chipotle, you go through a few steps in choosing what you want in your burrito or taco which all goes by pretty fast. You start off by saying what you want(Burrito Bowl, Burrito or Taco), you choose what type of rice(brown or white), type of meat(chicken, tofu, steak, chicken, pork), beans(white or pinto), vegetables(peppers and onions), sauces(mild, medium, spicy), cheese/sourcream/corn and Guacamole(extra charge)– and that’s it. They have salsa and chips which is a great snack for something to munch on while on-the-go. The menu lists how many calories there are in everything that you can order which is helpful for some people. Overall, the staff is pretty helpful here!

I’ve been to more Chipotle franchises than I’d care to admit and I always love my burrito but this particular franchise has issues. If you go and there are more than two people in line they freak out and take forever and get snippy in the process. However, the end product is mostly the same…

This location is awful. The staff are so unorganized and a hot mess! They don’t communicate; they aren’t working together. There were at least 5 of them working to get food ready and none of them were in sync. And the food was bad! We came here Sunday around 3pm. Here’s a breakdown– 5 – 7 staff working; the inexperienced guy on the cash register; 15+ people in line… There were about 5 burritos made with people waiting to get checked out. Since the register was backed up, the people who were waiting were standing in front of the food. At this point, staff should have recognized that the line was backed up and stopped pre-making food. Right? Nope. That’s not what happened. The staff would shout down the line to the person that they couldn’t even see and ask what they wanted! It started with the first girl asking what guests wanted. She was asking people 3 – 5 down from in front of her. Picture it– she is shouting down the line to someone she can’t see; meanwhile people are trying to move over so she can see the person! What’s the rush??? We aren’t moving. So then she has the burrito heated with rice and beans just sitting there for about 10 minutes. No joke. It sat there at least 15 minutes from start to finish! Then we finally move and get to the toppings… the guys is shouting 5 people down asking what people want. First I said mild salsa and he dumps about a cup on the burrito. I was so annoyed I just said, «I’m not ordering yet; I’ll wait til I get down there.» He looks at me dumbfounded! All the customers are just confused on why this is happening and he’s then upset with me for not shouting my order down the line when I can’t even see the food! He leaves and has another guy relieve him so he can move to the tortillas. I finish ordering minutes later but then wait another 10 minutes to checkout. The guy on the register didn’t even get our drink size correct. When I finally sat down to eat my food, I think either the corn or lettuce was completely frozen and of course, the tortilla was hard and cold by this point. I ended up having to deconstruct and eat what I could. It was awful. By the time we left, the line had backed up to the entrance door and there were over 25 people waiting. And the poor guy behind the register was drowning and the one holding up the line. Meanwhile the other idiots are still rushing to get food made. Someone train them! That’s ridiculous.

This is not a review of Chipotle’s menu, but rather this particular Chipotle. Corporate needs to come in and quality control this place. The rice was undercooked(hurt my teeth), the steak had a couple pieces of bone in it, and the worst part was the employees on the line clearly didn’t give a hoot about the food they were preparing. Gobs and gobs of salsa drowned my bowl in a red soup. Two green pepper shreds for vegetables. The proportions were miserable and ruined my $ 10 lunch. Shame.

I hate sounding salty and despite coming here frequently I’ve become very frustrated with the lack of available staff and trained servers. There’s almost no efficiency and a long wait every time I go. I like Mexican food so I come here anyway.

I love you Chipotle! But this location is not so generous. When I ask for more _______(beans, rice, lettuce, etc.), I want to see that burrito grow, not just get garnished. Especially if I’m already getting a sofritos(vegan) burrito because I will(still) be hungry.

I am getting mad even thinking about this horrific experience again. By the time I got into this location, I was pretty hangry, but I am not one to take my hunger out on staff. I wasn’t greeted, but they seemed pretty busy with ONEMAN ordering a few burritos to go. There was one person working line and one at the register. Maybe some of the cooks standing around could help out, or maybe the cashier could lend a hand? I get that this is a low paid job, but they do have a tip jar out, so they should realize that a little effort perceived by guests goes a long way. So after ten minutes, maybe more, finally one of the gals tells me she will get to me soon, but no smile or apology. Great. Now I’m not sure if it is just that I haven’t had Chipotle in a while, but I remember the burritos being HUGE. Prices have definitely gone up, but shouldn’t portions remain similar? My tiny, poorly rolled burrito was not what I expected or what I felt the price warranted. I don’t think I should have to mention that napkins should always go into a to-go order bag. Total fail. I barely eat fast food, but this visit ensured I won’t be coming back.

I find Chipotle about a 3.5 in comparison to other places to eat around Northgate Mall. It’s a pretty healthy option, though not the fastest or cheapest. I like all the meats, though I wish they had a shredded chicken option. I haven’t tried the tofu since they added it to the menu. I’ve come to prefer the bowls, because when I worked at the mall I used to get a burrito and take it back to my break room to eat it, but with the way they wrap the burritos, I would often get a bite of just one thing, like just meat or(worse) just sour cream or guacamole. With the bowl, I can more easily mix the ingredients together and take a bite with meat, rice, and lettuce. I often plan to get a veggie bowl so I can get free guacamole but end up being too tempted by the yummy smells of the meat. The lines here are often long. I most recently came on a Saturday, but a bit after the lunch peak(a little after 2PM). The lines were almost to the back door of the restaurant the entire time I was there. I had to wait for a bit once I got to the front of the line because they were preparing a large take-out/catering burrito order. There was a small piece of foil in the bowl of salad lettuce. I pointed it out and the staff member removed it but someone might have accidentally eaten it. I had the bowl with white rice, chicken, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. It had been a while since I was here, and I thought they used to ask if you wanted the fajita veggies(peppers and red onions), but they didn’t ask and I didn’t realize until I was almost at the end that they were back at the beginning by the rice. Since it was so busy there was no real way to go back so I just didn’t get them, but I was kind of disappointed about that. The hot salsa is not actually very spicy, but there are bottles of Tabasco available if you want to add more spice. I often like the corn or fresh tomato salsas depending on what I’m in the mood for. I used to be completely stuffed if I finished a burrito(and I often couldn’t) but I wasn’t 100% full after eating my bowl. I think I will get brown rice next time. One thing I found odd was that in their garbage/recycling/compost guide they said to put the bowls in the garbage, despite them appearing to be paper. Perhaps there is some plastic in them? Wish they would make the shift to using fully compostable bowls and utensils. If small local businesses can do it, so can a large publicly traded corporation!

I came here as a stop over on the way to Bumbershoot for a snack. It’s not the best mexican, however, for fast food it was one of the healthier options to us. Very filling. I shared my burrito and I was still stuffed. Fair prices and the lady at the til was awesome with her customer service.

I like the location and as always the food(for tex mex) is really good. Staff was very friendly and the place seems to get packed pretty quickly. I love the food options and how you can eat healthy food as well as greasy. lol They meed to work on speed tho. They only had two people making food which when there is a line of 30 people is not good. The one kid kept taking orders and waiting for the other kid to finish it. Instead of taking orders; thsn helping him finosh the restbif them and then making more. Finally, third person came in and started helping them. Good place, location and food. Happy staff which makes it fun.

Things like this rarely exist now-a-days. You can search long and hard but some never find it. You can put it all the work and effort but if it doesn’t work it just doesn’t work. If you’re fortunate, you’ll experience it at least once. I’m talking about true love. I’ve found it in you, carne Asada burrito. Ever since I first had you I knew I couldn’t face another day without you. It was beautiful. You’re perfect inside and out, but it’s what’s on the inside that really matters. God bless the angel that created you, and in such a timely matter with no shortcuts taken or ingredients shortened. You’re so worth it. My heart breaks every time I’m not with you. Thankfully breakfast is only a fraction of the day. I want you, and only you, carne Asada burrito. I promise to stand by you for the rest of our days together, in sickness and in health. You’re everything. Yo forreal good looks on making A1 burritos. Love em’.

Decided to give three stars because every time I come here there’s at least one employee with a bad attitude. Super unpleasant! Getting annoyed of it. As far as food quality, location, and cleanliness goes — 5 stars!

I have to admit. I have not really given this place much thought but I decided to try something different than the norm and see what all of the hype was about. One of the first things I noticed was that it was still pretty busy considering it was in between meal periods. The menu is easy to figure out even on my first visit. The employees guide you through your options quickly and efficiently. The taste was fantastic. I feel re-energized but not completely full. The ingredients are fresh and won’t stay in my system for week. I enjoyed it and will definitely be back. I did deduct a point because many of the tables were empty and still dirty but other than that is was great.

As far as Chipotles go, this location is great. It’s always busy with a long line but the line moves fast. Food is consistent. Employees are friendly. I never have trouble finding a seat. There is both inside and outside seating. Love it!

The people who work here are super nice. After eating my burrito, I had a little bit of left over. One of the guys came over to our table and offered to take our trash and also bring a to go box. I think that was the first time anyone has ever took the initiative to make us feel so spoiled at a Chipotle. I was very impressed. The food on the other hand is a real disappointment. I’m a huge fan of Chipotle. I’ve probably had more than 40 burritos since they opened. My burrito here was by far the worse that I’ve had. The rice was dry and cold. The peppers and onions were a little burnt. Overall, it didn’t taste like their usual quality burrito. As I ate it, I felt kind of sad that I wasted $ 7 on a subpar burrito. I’m still a fan of Chipotle’s… but I probably won’t be coming here again.
