First time I had great service, but I recently went to have another phone looked at, and the gentleman behind the counter was very rude and condesending. He might have knowledge of cell phones, but has terrible customer service skills. I had awful customer service at CPR and will find another place for cell phone repair.

THIS is what I look for in ANY business I deal with: A smiling face, a helpful attitude, no gimmicks or stair step pricing schemes or other«left hooks» we all run into so often. These folks performed a difficult task which was very intricate without forcing me to drink or bankruptcy. Halleujah ! I keep their business card in my wallet. FANTASTIC resource ! They completed the task in record time and the price was right.

They replaced the cracked screen on my iphone 6. Dropped it off at 10:30. Picked it up at lunch. Painless… except for the cost of the screen.

I came into this place with not only a cracked phone but it had water damage as well. They told me right off top that they may not be able to repair the phone depending on the water damage but they could run a test and see first. They not only were able to repair my screen but they were able to repair the phone to nearly 100%. I decided to purchase a new phone in the end and they were kind enough to transfer all my information to my new phone for a very reasonable price. No pressure to keep my old phone or to buy a new screen. They gave me the water damaged trashed phone back and I had a new phone with not just my contacts but all my pictures and info. I had taken my phone to other places and they waved me right out the door and said there is no way they could save my phone or info. This place really is as good as it gets. Thanks CPR

These guys replaced my cracked IPhone screen in less than 20 minutes. Price was right, and nothing was wrong whatsoever. This place is awesome!

Took my son’s phone in because the screen was dark and unresponsive. We were told that it would likely be an expensive repair, but when they opened it up all that was needed was to fix a loose plug. I was so impressed by their honesty. I highly recommend them!

Above and beyond! I did not realize how much a relied on my phone until the screen was shattered by my 7 year old. I hopped on Unilocal and called the top 5 to compare price and how fast the work could be done… they all quoted about the same price so my first stop was in Wallingford, closest to my house. I was turned away because they do not work on my brand of phone. ??? OK. You could have told me that on the phone… Next was CPR, which is just up 45th from U Village and they were simply awesome. They helped me right away, gave my a price and explanation, checked on parts… apparently a SONYZ3C is harder to work on since it is waterproof… if I wanted it the same day I would have to change from white to a black glass border. I decided to wait the estimated 4 days to special order the white one. They immediately set me up on a comparable loaner phone, which was nice so I could limp by without all my settings, music, etc. but still a lifesaver. In the meantime I swapped stories with other parents on the playground who hail this shop and a few stories of others. It seems most people just bite the bullet and buy a new $ 500 phone… what gives? 2 days early they called and said the phone was ready. The price was $ 20 less than the quote and it was done in 2 days. Good as new! How often does that happen these days?

Brought in my indispensable Lumia 1520 cause it wouldn’t start. Horrors! The tech took about an hour and a half, and had it running again. Diagnosis undetermined(it’s a tech gadget after all) and received useful advice about this and other devices I own. One hint: Don’t let the battery burn down totally. Tech was really courteous, didn’t up-sell and was down to earth which helps us non-techies! Def will return as needed, and I came in on a referral myself!

This place is great. I brought my phone in with a cracked screen that was unusable. They repaired it quickly and it worked great when I got it back. I was even able to purchase an otterbox for my phone right there and then, so that I can prevent this from happening again. The staff is very friendly and proficient. I would happily recommend them to anyone that needs their phone repaired.

I came in at the end of the day to have my phone repaired. My screen was completely shattered and they repaired my Lumia 1520 in 45 minutes. It looks brand new and I’m so happy with it! And they guarantee their work, which makes me feel better, just in case anything from the repair causes my phone to not work properly.

They got 3 stars instead of 2 because the problem was fixed but I had to return because they gave me a detective part and they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve had several issues with my iPhone 4 and was planning on upgrading with a newer phone. CPR fixed it quickly and at a fair price. Now it’s good as new and I won’t be needing to upgrade just yet. I highly recommend their services!

Brought my broken Galaxy S4 in yesterday and in 1.5 hours, as promised, my phone was back, lit up, and working!!! The 2 guys were professional and knowledgeable, and the communication about the cost was prompt, which I appreciated. I hope to never have to use this business again, but I would highly recommend it to others!!!

After dropping my iPhone 6-plus and shattering the screen, I first went to the Apple Store in Alderwood where I expected to replace my screen for $ 129. The tech at the«Genius Bar» said that my phone was bent so I had to trade in and purchase a new iPhone for $ 329. I simply didn’t agree that the phone was significantly bent, so I left ticked off and went to CPR in Woodinville where they replaced my screen for $ 170 and did the work in one hour. It looks as good as new, so will definitely go there again. Ross did a great job with the phone and working with Brad via email to get an estimate was easy as well. Definitely will head straight to CPR instead of the Apple Store the next time that I have an issue!

These guys are great — and so nice to be able to fix my electronics instead of being stuck on a very expensive upgrade path! I have had batteries changed and cracked screens repaired. They also helped me(at no cost) to get data off an IPad that had been run over by a semi(yeah, long story there that no one was going to be able to fix!). I use CPR for all my personal phones(3) and my business phones(5) and it has been great to have this resource to help me save money. Thank you for all your great work!

These guys are great! I felt they were open and honest and didn’t try to «snowball» me into more repairs than were needed. And my repair was finished on the day they predicted it would be! I had them repair a tablet and have chatted with them about a laptop repair I have so they do more than just fix cellphones. Definitely recommend.

Only place in Seattle that I was able to locate that had the part that I desperately needed for a phone that I had recently purchased. The manufacturer shipping time was 4 – 6 weeks. The gentleman at CPR went out of his way to locate an uncommon part for me. Thanks CPR I will be back for all of my repair needs.

Consumer Beware!!! The situation: The screen on my phone was 80% viable at the time, just the top corners weren’t functioning, it finally got annoying enough that I decided it was time to replace it. Over the weekend I took my phone to CPR Cell Phone Repair near the University(45th), they has assured me via email a few days before that the replacement product had arrived and this would be a 2 hour service. Upon my arrival I dropped the phone off they asked me if they can call to reach me(!?!), this should have been my first hint to run. When I returned 2 hours later I was told that the part they ordered(located and procured within 2 business days) was defective. Now my phone screen is 100% unusable. They gave me a loaner phone and reassured me in a couple days they would have this fixed. Fast forward to two days later, still no word from them. I email inquiring about the status of my phone repair. It turns out they can have the part arrive by SATURDAY! They will require to have my phone for a FULL week, for a 2 hour repair, due to lack of quality control of distributors and not knowing their vendors. It is very difficult for me to believe that there was no part available sooner in mainland USA. When I picked up my phone to take to a reliable repair shop not only did they give it back to me in 3 pieces but the employee couldn’t even re-install my SD and SIM card properly. Please beware if you ever decide to get a repair job at this place. They aren’t familiar with their distributors and have lacked due diligence as business owners.
