My hubby and I were headed to 2 Beers for a quick afternoon tasting and bite to eat and ran into this GREAT wine! The owner & wine maker Darryn is very personable and his wine is delicious. He has some very memorable reds — Syrah and Cab Sauv’s are soooo good! You will want to take some home — we bought 3! Cheers to great wines in the SODO area! OPen Friday night and Saturday mornings!

This is a hidden gem! It’s tucked away but definitely not to be missed. We went on the first of the year and they had free tastings. Not only was Darryn, the winemaker, very versed in his wines but he was able to teach us a few things about some grapes we hadn’t tried before. He so kindly opened up a majority of his wines so we could really get an understanding of Crucible wines and what they were all about. We absolutely loved the Malbec and I’m kicking myself for not buying a bottle! We ended up buying one of the blends for our newly married friends who said it was some of the best wine they’d ever had. I would highly recommend this spot, especially on a relaxing Saturday. Darryn and team are very friendly and knowledgeable. The tasting room is cozy! Don’t miss out!

Been here a few times after initially wandering over from the next door Two Beers Brewing one night. Its open on Fridays after work which apparently no other wineries in this area are, which is a huge plus. Always had a great tasting experience and ended up buying a few bottles. Favorites are the Rhone Blend(2010), Grenache(2010) which is sadly gone, and the peppery Mourvedre(2011)
