Dave Self has now opened his own physical therapy clinic in Magnolia: Magnolia Physical Therapy at 2560 32^nd Ave W (he is NOT on W McGraw St.) He is just north across the parking lot from the Albertsons Grocery store, and right across the street from the public swimming pool.

I first saw Dave years ago at a different Magnolia PT Clinic where he worked for many years. He was recommended to me by a friend. He was/​is awesome !!! Very professional, very personable and interested in his clients, very knowledgeable, very skilled, and VERY GOOD at what he does.
I had to have PT over an extended period of time, so when Dave went on family vacation, I would be scheduled with someone else in the Clinic. NO ONE was ever as good as Dave — they didn’t take an interest in me, they had clammy hands, they acted like it was just a job and couldn’t wait for sessions to be over with, they didn’t read my file ahead of time so were not up to speed with what I needed, etc.etc.
Now I am headed back for more PT, and have already scheduled my next 12 sessions on-​line at his new facility :) :) :)
